Thanks a lot, Pak Mukhtar has helped me to reschedule the check-in schedule because before I went to Cirebon, Alvin & the housekeeping team were really good at making decor rooms because my husband and I were right again on the 1st day hehe
All the staff are friendly, even though the middle of his excellent service is not loose, there are still some who greet and fast housekeeping really responds to the high man using glasses.
Everything is cool, I forget that this is a 3-star hotel because what I get is more than that, satisfied not wanting to go home sad

The experience we got during our stay was beyond our expectation. Well managed hotel, nice swimming pool, and very kind staff. But I have to give 4 stars only because the bathtub didn't work properly, the sink was leak, and TV channels were blur. Please fix it up to increase your rating. Thank you.

Twice staying here feels good and comfortable because it is very close to the train station, and in the morning can have a good docang breakfast in next to the hotel. The rooms have been renovated and are good, the pool is also available for children.
The location was great. Just in front of Cirebon Station. I suggest booking superior room than standard due to space. But all of the room have bathup and they have convinient swimming pool also. Something that you don't have in nearest hotel
