I recently had an experience with a signage company to create some promotional materials for my business. While the initial consultation seemed promising, I encountered several challenges. The communication was often unclear, leading to unexpected delays in the project timeline. 📅 When the final products arrived, I noticed that some aspects did not align with our agreement. There were inconsistencies in design elements, which added to my frustration. 😕 The quality of the materials felt subpar compared to what was initially promised. Throughout the process, I found it difficult to get timely responses to my inquiries, which added to the overall confusion. It’s essential for a business to maintain clear communication, especially in something as visible as signage. In the end, while there were attempts to resolve issues, it didn’t meet my expectations. I believe attention to detail and reliability are critical in this field. Overall, not satisfied.
