PSA Insurance & Financial Services Reviews

We were clients of PSA for more than a decade. In the beginning the agent we dealt with (Jaime) was absolutely fantastic. After the first five years or so the agent we dealt with began to change almost every year.
Last year we had a water damage claim and both PSA and the insurance company AIG were beyond terrible. They didn't return phone calls and never had any information about how to move our claim forward. PSA recommended a company to do the repair work that charged almost $4k to just do "diagnostics" and then would not return any phone calls or even give us the reports that cost all that money. When we threatened to contact the Insurance Commissioner because we felt that both PSA and the insurance company (AIG) were delaying the claim on purpose we got a nasty call from the owner in which he just said "what exactly do you expect me to do?" All we ever expected was that PSA would do the job we had paid them for over a decade to do--make sure our insurance would cover a claim if needed. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

We rented this space for an industry event. The space was large enough to easily accommodate our 100 person group, was very clean and had a great view on the balcony. We did home to come inside before the end of the event for a noise curfew.

Absolute rip off. They were dishonest with me. I was a customer for years.
