PRS Recruitment Solutions Ltd Review

Looking at some of the other reviews on here I should ve been more selective. Interestingly that Leigh Anne is mentioned, I had a conversation with her just asking her to be straight with me before I went through the aggro of registering sending docs etc off. No work and surprise surprise not answering phone calls, texts complete and utter unprofessional rubbish, avoid like the plague and like one of the other reviewers said if I could score less than 1 I would ve!

Excellent experience of PRS recruitment, Lewis and Ruben have been terrific, a class of service above other agencies I have used

When all kicks off over late pay, this company wants you to wait 7 days, company are crooks selling you dreams over the phone just go pick it up from the company who PRS subbed you too one way or another.

When employed with business and setup up properly it is fine but after that they are awful, been waiting 4 weeks for my last pay check and no one seems to sort anything out

If I could score them a 0, I would. I recently applied for a job through them. A consultant got back to me straight away, told me the prospect employer was happy with my cv and application letter and kept in tight communication with me until the interview. After that, she did not contact me to ask me how it went and did not reply any of my emails asking for some feedback. I guess I was just a number to send in. I will not recommend this agency and will never apply for another job through them.

Use this company at your own risk !! Class 1 driver for 20 years plus ...Leigh Ann will take you on and feed you lies just to get you on the books ...in 18 months probably had 2 full weeks...have red current reviews and trust me they are correct!!! She will tell you anything to keep you there ...good luck if you go with this company especially her !!!!!

I've worked for many agencies over the last 18 years, most recently PRS. Leigh-Anne was friendly and approachable when I made the initial call 2 years ago to join them. I explained my circumstances and the type of work I was looking for; Leigh-Anne was not put off by this and said she'd do her best to accommodate me - so I signed up.
In less than 24 hours I had a call to start booking me in for shifts which suited my needs, exactly as I had asked. I have done work for some of Leigh-Anne's colleagues too at times and I found the whole team to be a great bunch of people who are all very helpful.
I have worked with some of those on here that have left bad reviews, let me assure you that PRS are better off without them - they turn up late (if at all) looking scruffy and unprofessional yet they have the audacity to complain that they're getting no work!
PRS are a professional firm who provide professional drivers - if you are a smart, friendly, professional driver then PRS is the agency for you. They're like a family, a great bunch to work for, quick to resolve any issues that arise and if, like me, you have specific needs they Leigh-Anne and her team do their best to accommodate.
If you are a Class one driver then give Leigh-Anne a call - she's a class one boss!

Was promised work, this agency didn't deliver at all, not 1 job, didn't answer phone or texts, when they did offer me a class 1 job it was 25 miles away...., they just take you on to get you on there books, so if you want to work..... Don't come here.
