We worked with David to find a home for months. Though we were looking for lower priced starter homes, we were in a competitive market. David made sure we got to see properties before they were off the market and helped us put in fair and competitive offers. He was excellent at spotting defects we would not have noticed on our own and checking little things. David was also very quick to answer questions and get back to us about any concerns. We never felt like our limited price range made us less important than other clients.

Though buying a home is stressful, they made it as painless and easy as possible.

BRUCE LIVINGSTON was my realtor i made an offer through him on a house two weeks later after they countered i made another when i contacted him he thought i was the sellers realtor and told me that because my offer was 10k below asking that he was not going to send it that i was a predator that prayed on others because my offer was not full price.When he learned it was me he apologized trying to back tract i explained that was Not Professional and very rude. My work always records telephone conversations so if anyone wants a copy feel free to let me know. Im calling the board of realtors today this man tries to say he is a christian but i was taught long ago talking behind someones back is wrong treat others as you would like to be treated
