I used Mitchell and the Providence Team to act as seller's agents when selling my parent's home. I didn't know what I was doing and am time poor. After noting all my "must haves" and "would likes" and making all the necessary checks, Lynton went interstate and viewed a property at it's first open which i joined via FaceTime.
