Took someone there having a mental health pysicosis issue. This person had never had any mental health issue and they treated it like nothing and would not help in anyway. I pray this issue gets fixed but if anything happens to him we will sue Holy family for all they are worth. They should have sent him to a mental health facility but did not.
Holy Family was AMAZING. I had been referred from the urgent care to an E.R. and the care I received from the Holy Family staff was just perfect, and I was really scared, but I wasn't when I was there. From intake to triage to x-ray to cat scan to the time waiting in the room. Paige was my nurse. And Mike Tuccio PAC was my physician.
Best hospital i m diagnosed with GBS i m from seattle side my friend took me here and i hospitalised here they catch my disease in same day best treatment and now i m so better my condition was so bad before coming here i was almost paralised they r so caring nurses so caring doctors are very nice they respect your privacy and give medication after proper checkup i really appreciate them to take care of me very well .
if you ever get all stupid and accidentally poison yourself with potentially deadly doses of aspirin... go to holy family hospital ER even though you have become psychotic and very angry. they will still care for you with profound compassion and professional ism as you badmouth them. terrific people so many names to remember. i'd take them cookies but.. they told me ... not to come back.
My daughter is in Holy Family currently, she is pretty sick, heart & liver failure. My daughter is in the Advanced Care Unit, due to COVID restrictions, only 1family member allowed per 24 hour period (my daughter does not have COVID!) I am a very worried mother, I have called as much as 4 times a day to get reports on my daughter s condition, only to be told a nurse will call you back I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER received a return phone call. One particular nurse named Teri (sp) is outright rude & uncaring Teri needs to work in a back room in the cafeteria where she has no contact with patients!!! I will avoid Holy Family Hospital in the future.
If I could give them -5 stars I would the misconduct they show people and their families is sad. They threatened to call the police on my grandma who is legally separated from her husband who is currently there for a horrible fall and a multitude of other things, but they want him gone and my grandma cannot get him so she is refusing to get him because she is a stroke survivor and has no means to get him or care for him and he still needs medicinal attention and she told the hospital that she is trying to place him in a an assisted living home. Yet they don t care they don t want him there and also said they d leave him on the street to be homeless because he cannot be there anymore because they want their bed back. DO NOT GO THERE!
We had a great experience having our baby here. Real friendly and assuring staff. Even though we moved a little further away we will still consider coming back for our next baby.
I saw pretty awful behavior there from staff. They mistreat their patients and treat them like they are worthless!! I wasn't even the victim, I saw it happening. When I told the manager, he didnt really seem to care that much about what happened to the patient being mistreated. I hope the patient that experienced such an awful thing will say something about it. It was traumatizing for everyone to witness. I was not the only one in shock from what we witnessed. It was overall a very devastating experience.
Went in for fever of 103.7 and a massive headache with flem in my lungs. Meds would not break the fever and their virtual nurse told me to go in. I waited over 1 hour to get triaged while sweating buckets. The triage nurse proceeded to tell me pneumonia and Covid are the same thing while then overdosing me on Tylenol. Worst experience ever, she then proceeded to shill for Fyzer and how that would cure me since you know pneumonia and Covid are the same thing. Worst experience ever, we walked out. Avoid this place! Whoever was Triage nurse on 8/30/2021@10PM fire her immediately, dangerous nurse.
Had a surgical procedure yesterday and first time visit to this hospital. From temp check and greeting, check in, pre surgery prepping, OR receiving..... peacefully conked out for procedure....post op care and check out, the staff and facility was EXCELLENT!!!
I have worked in several hospitals, seeing and caring for others and providing a safe feeling is paramount to healthcare.
"Tip of the hat" to Dr Lance, surgery team and all others involved in my brief visit!
