Indeed! A personal experience, especially third hand, about a third party's involvement at a hotel you've never stayed at is not a review.

This company has stood strong through adversity, given back to the community, and continues to promote progression instead of complacency. Theyre a 5 star team when it comes to team work, cohesion, unanimity etc!

While no one is perfect, this company doesn't claim to be. All of my dealings with Provenance and their hotels have ALL been top notch! I'd recommend them to anyone! Each staff member i spoke to at corporate and at the venue level def loved their job, loved making people smile. My calls were returned promptly and a few people even remembered my name just by my voice.

We stayed at the Dossier in Portland and found it to be delightful. There's a free happy hour each evening and there are bikes you can take out for an hour or two, no charge. If you need a ride somewhere in town they take you, again no charge. Free coffee and paper in the morning. Loved how much the employees cared about you, racing to open the door and offering umbrellas, asking how your day was. The food trucks were right nearby and everything was in walking distance or quick bus ride. Will definitely try the other hotels because this one was so wonderfully decorated and offered a social hour.

This company serves foie gras at its restaurants and directly supports animal cruelty. If that issue is important to you, stay/dine elsewhere.

You all need to write a proper review in the proper place. Nothing you have said is relevant to this company.

I did not stay at this hotel, however a guest from the hotel found a wallet at the airport. He left Portland and on the way gave the wallet to a hotel MANAGER for safe keeping. The manager then took the wallet to the airport and handed it to "some employee". The guest who found the wallet was trying to do a good deed, the right thing, to save the owner of the wallet grief. There was email sent to the lost and found...and the wallet never made it. Questionable actions by this employee lead me to believe this is not a respectable place to stay....Look for a better hotel, with honest, and responsible employees especially management.

Amy Wolfe and Erin Hopkins from event/group sales are both amazing to work with! The catering company I work for, Elephants Delicatessen, is on their current catering list at Hotel Lucia and the Heathman Hotel, so I work with both of these ladies often. They are professional, organized, and truly have their client's needs in mind at all times. It is always a pleasure! You will not regret hosting your meeting, wedding, or other party at one of these hotels.
