These people not only know their stuff. They were so easy to talk to and learn from they fixed me right up. Best IT company I've ever dealt with EVER!! Jess answers the phone with a smile EVERYTIME , remembers you and is ALWAYS a delight. Wess addressed my issues like it was nothing he made a very stressful day and situation so simple to fix. Kudos to Prototype for hiring these 2 they are truly an asset the real deal DYNAMIC DUO!!

5 stars!! Prototype's customer service some of the best CS I have ever received, and trust me, this MATTERS to me. When you are down because of IT issues , they get you up and running very quickly!

Quick, responsive and exceptional level of service with a friendly, knowledgeable "customer first" approach.

They arrived to a major mess of tangled wires, Cleaned up, simplied and properly labeled the everything and taught us how to handle rebooting when Spectrum caused us problems.

I have the pleasure of working with Prototype IT on a daily basis within our organization. Everyone that they have on their team is top-notch! Fore example, Clayton G., went above and beyond in determining why our reader sign was not displaying our custom message. He did this by talking to the Manager at the site and determining that a 3rd party vendor we had utilized for repairs to our sign many months prior had come to the site, made repairs and then determined that it had not been functioning since that date. The other vendor was able to warranty their work for the repair, but had Clayton not dug around and stuck with the issue this result would have been different outcome. In the long run he has saved us money by going the extra mile. Thank you for your excellent service!

This is the perfect IT company to have your Company serviced. They not only know exactly what to do, they are very friendly. They are very easy to work with and fair in their prices.

Everyone in this company Always goes above and beyond. No long wait periods for a Tech. (usually while you are still on the initial call). Will stay with you as long as needed. If they have to call back, it Always when they say they are going to. Shout out to Taylor and Wes and James. AMAZING..:)
