Great facility with excellent equipment! Coaching staff always greets and checks in with clients every session. Maintenance and cleanliness of everything is very high and the instruction is fantastic. I participate in more of an independent program compared to the closely-coached sports programs, but coaches are still available for critiques on form or to explain an exercise I don't know how to do. The gym has a great family-vibe where people get to know each other quickly and support and encourage each other regularly both by staff and fellow patrons. Highly recommended!

My son does the Accelerated class at STACK a few days a week to improve his overall agility and athleticism for baseball. I can see marked improvement in his game. And if he never plays another game of baseball in his life I still want him at STACK. It s so good for his overall physical and mental health and well-being.

I love exercising at STACK ATL, it s truly like going to a family s facility. The trainers are educated and KNOW there stuff! I personally haven t been in the squat rack since 2017 because of a car accident, but after training here and learning from the other trainers I ve gained so much more confidence in myself. They will definitely push you to be the athlete that s within us all! If your in the Atlanta area this is THE GYM to train at.

I love this gym. Everyone is so committed and so encouraging. It is clean and there is always enough space and equipment for various groups. I love the music they blast while we work out. Kenny is my favorite trainer. He always has something new on the board which makes it exciting to come to the gym. Ive been going for 6 months and it has never been boring or monotonous. He has worked with me considering past injuries and with my sister thru her pregnancy. I appreciate his feedback and always watching everyone s form and safety.

This is a excellent facility, staffed by knowledgeable professionals. My son is in the throes of his summer baseball season and Moe and his team are great a tailoring workouts to his needs. There's a comfortable space for parents to work too. Really happy we found Stack!

This place and the trainers there are Legit! I cannot say enough about this training facility and the people who work there. They've been working with my son for a few months and helped him achieve so much more than I could ever have imagined. The staff at Stack is amazing and I'm lucky to have found them. After having ACL surgery in the fall, I needed serious physical therapy and Ben is helping me heal and get back to running and all the activities I enjoyed before. He's a great accountability partner and I know I'm great hands. Justin and Jade are awesome too and everyone works together to make it a great experience. Can't recommend Stack enough for fitness and therapy needs.

Train here it s worth it! I ve been going to STACK for ~2 years for their Active Adult training classes. I feel like these classes have made me much much stronger. I've also lost weight.

I came to STACK knowing nothing about lifting or training like this, but now have learned enough to go into any gym and give myself a great workout. (Which I've needed to do a lot, since I travel for work.) I had gone to a HIIT gym before this, but here class sizes are smaller and you can get lots of feedback on your form so you learn to do things right.

I can't say enough how much I've enjoyed training here. I love the facility and love that everyone is focused on doing work. I've become a much better athlete and actually really love lifting. My spouse and I are competitive fencers, and training here helped both of us take our game to the next level.

I only left the gym because I moved out of state, but I m definitely going to seek out something similar wherever I go. If you're in ATL, come here. You won't regret it!

As a competitor I must say this facility and the trainer I met there last friday coaching the baseball player at 7pm are top class. You ve set a high bar and a great one to aspire to reach at that. Keep it up!

S.T.A.C.K gym is a amazing facility and the coaches are great. Very clean atmosphere. You feel like your a family there. Groups are small so the coaches are able to help you with your form.

Moe and WHOLE crew at Stack are the best! Our 13 year old has been training here for 3 years and the have helped him evolve into a great athlete. Outstanding Facility with top level training. We had quite a few kids from our 10u baseball team attend for off season workouts and I saw improvement across the board at all levels. Not only did the kids enjoy the training but they also gained speed, quickness & agility. The instructors do a great job training to the level of each individual. The instructors were absolutely fantastic in keeping all the kids involved and added a level of competition to keep all the kids focused and ensure they had fun. I would highly recommend Moe and his crew for any age group or skill level.

the workouts are well planned and the instructors ensure the exercises are well executed...the friendly environment is also a plus
