Worst company ever! You're put on hold before they ever say a word to you and you're put on hold forever, every time you call the office. Office never calls you back, you have to spend weeks trying to get them to call you or your pharmacy back when the pharmacy has issues with prescriptions, when you finally get to speak to someone in the office they still don't follow through. During your visit the doctor says "if you have any issues filling your prescriptions let me know and I'll be happy to call the pharmacy," then you call the office for weeks trying to get the doctor, or anyone in the office to call but every time you call to inquire as to why they still haven't called them, they act like it's the first time hearing about it and you have to explain your entire story over and over again; then they still don't bother to call either the pharmacy or patients back with an update, and you start the whole process over again each day so, you go without your regular meds for weeks at a time, and the corporate office doesn't give a damn. When you call the corporate office to express your frustration at the way you're being treated, they can't be bothered to call you back either. It's obviously the culture of this company; keep raking in the $ and screw the health and well being of patients already suffering with debilitating, chronic pain.
