Wow!! What a trip.

Wow!! What a trip.
We have just spent 2 nights on Condor and had such an amazing adventure.
When we arrived it was pouring with rain and we knew there was a cyclone forecast so the trip could have been a disaster. From the second we met the first crew member Crispy he immediately made the rain and wet weather into a positive and was so enthusiastic about how much fun we would all have, it was almost impossible not to mirror his excitement despite the weather.
It rained and stormed for 48 hours but the crew were so fantastic and everyone on board got involved and had a great time.
Of course, it was slightly disspointing not to see the whitsundays in all its sunny glory but the experience of sailing through the huge waves and laughing all the way 100% made up for it.
The food was also delicious!!
We had a great bunch of people on board who all embraced this trip and that was lead by the example of the crew. Always checking we were having fun and leading the goon Olympics!
Crispy, Danny, Benny, Josh and Alex... You guys are awesome! 100% recommended.

I just got home after having 4 nights/5 days on a private charter on board Broomstick and coming from someone who has done a large amount of travelling- this goes down as one of the best holidays I ve ever had. A group of my best friends (11 girls) flew into Prosperpine where we were picked up in an airport transfer and taken to the marina (via the bottleshop!) to begin our private charter.

Josh, Xav and Benny were there to meet us. They were so friendly and helpful and loaded our luggage before we set off. They made us feel at home and in safe hands from the minute we boarded

Every day and night on board Broomstick was truly amazing. The flexible itinerary made it feel like it was really our own and chosen experience. This combined with the knowledge and expertise of the crew meant we were always armed with suggestions of where to go and what to do and ensured the conditions allowed for us to be at different locations at the best times.

The beauty and remoteness of the Whitsunday Islands was breathtaking and being aboard a yacht meant we were totally immersed in it. The crew took us to isolated beaches and bays where we were more often that not the only people there. We snorkelled on multiple days and saw the beauty of the barrier reef, it s coral, fish and turtles. We spent a day at Whitehaven which was one of the most beautiful places I ve been.

Each day consisted of the perfect amount of time of sailing, motoring and spending time at beautiful destinations watching sunsets and enjoying drinks with our meals. The food was so fresh and every meal was delicious-definitely exceeded our expectations. One day the crew went spear fishing and caught fish, and gave us a filleting demonstration followed by beautiful fresh fish for dinner- it was delicious !!!

I would highly recommend Prosail and this trip to any groups of friends wanting a no fuss/maximum fun holiday. It was great value and having crew to take care of everything meant we really got to enjoy every moment of the holiday without worrying about where we were going/cooking/making decisions in a group of 11 indecisive girls!!

A massive thank you to our crew- Josh, Xav and Benny-you guys went above and beyond for us from start to finish and we are so grateful for the experience. I m so thankful for the memories from the trip it was so special to us !!

As a group of 7 girls, Broomstick was the perfect mix of chill and fun! The crew were so friendly and couldn t help us more. They created such a light- hearted and laid back atmosphere for the trip. The food was delicious and the locations they took us to were gorgeous. We are so glad that we chose to go with Prosail and Broomstick in particular!!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Great time onboard Broomstick. Spending 2 nights on a vessel may not be everyone's cup of tea, but the experience is well worth it (amazing landscapes, snorkling, sailing) Friendly, fun and competent crew. Thumbs up.

Had a mad hectic sail brookstick! So much fun good mix of sailing, activities chill and booze. Crew were easy going and got the job done well. Boat was clean comfortable and the food was spot on. My only critique is at times it would be nice to have no music, particularly when sailing.

Absolutely incredible! Fell in love with this sailing trip (Hammer). The crew were amazing - Sask, Jack, Clancy. Not to mention the stunning scenery, sailing, food and snorkeling. Didn't want to leave the boat! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Prosail is an amazing young company with the friendliest people! I booked a tour (2 days, 2 nights) and the crew (Dan, Dannie and Shine) have been just amazing. Very energetic, friendly and very caring. The food and the snacks were high quality, plenty and jummy!! During the whole trip I felt very welcomed by the crew and I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed having stayed on board of the sailing boat Condor. Whitehaven beach, hill inlet lookout and two snorkeling spots made this trip perfect. All the equipment was included, so we got our stingersuits etc. We were able to refill our water on board for free, but you could still purchase bottled water or soda for 2-3 bucks. Highly recommend!! Keep up the good work guys! You rock!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience on the broomstick boat with Josh, Mikey, Crispy and photographer Benny. Their entertainment was brilliant, we had lots of laughs with the lads but always felt really safe throughout the trip. We had so much fun and it was perfect for couples, groups and solo travellers! We spent 3 days and 2 nights on the boat and enjoyed every minute of it. The food was amazing, including all our meals, desserts and even snacks. You re never left go hungry!!
The crew made the most of our time out at sea with so many great activities. If you were booking a trip in the Whitsundays, we would definitely recommend booking with Prosail on the broomstick boat

What can I say, felt the love and genuine excitement from the crew before we even got on the boat. They clearly love their jobs, and are good at it! Great mix of fast sailing, awesome snorkeling spots and the best home cooked meals you can expect on a boat. Can t recommend more. The crew Xav, Tash and Crispy are an asset to this company. Cheers for making our stay in Airlie!

EPIC SAILING ADVENTURE

EPIC SAILING ADVENTURE

We had the most epic adventure possible while sailing with Prosail Whitsundays and their maxi yacht Condor for 2 days and 2 nights. Our group was a nice mix of people from all over the world and we had the pleasure of beeing entertained and instructed by the lovely crew of Mike, Joey and Tash a legendary trio that always went the extra mile.

During our trip we visited the beautiful Whitehaven beach and Hill Inlet lookout point, saw sunsets from another world more or less, did some snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef and releaxed on deck the way you should when sailing in paradise. On top of that you get the chance to hoist the sails and shoulder a little bit of the responsibility something not to be missed.

The food was exquisite and the service was flawless. The only thing you might be able to complain about is that you didn t bring enough sun lotion or that extra beer for all the good times on deck and that s all on you mate. Besides that, this is for sure a trip you don t want to miss. We would gladly recommend it to all our friends.

Sincerely,
Sofia and Fredrik

Had the BEST time on our 4 night/5 day trip with the Prosail guys - it will seriously go down as a trip of a lifetime!

We were in a private group of 11 females from Syd - all old friends but also with super high standards, sometimes to our detriment!! We were a bit nervous heading on our trip into the unknown but we couldn t be happier with how it went.

The crew really made it. They were so knowledgeable, passionate and personable that within the first few hours they knew all of our names and figured out pretty quickly what we were/weren t into. They subsequently planned the best 5 days sailing around the Whitsundays, sharing with us their favourite spots and giving us countless options on what else we might want to fill our time with.

The Whitsundays are seriously breathtaking but I couldn t imagine a better way to explore them than with Prosail. The trip was great value - it felt like the perfect amount of time, the food WAY exceeded expectations and the knowledge the crew shared was invaluable. They made our trip stress-free, fun, easy and so memorable which is a very tricky thing for a group like us !

Huge thanks to Josh, Xav, Benny and the team for everything. We can t wait to come back !

We sailed on 'Broomstick'. I didn't enjoy this at all and that's a real shame because a few simple changes would be all it would take to make this a five star experience.

Firstly and most importantly: the attitude of the staff. They were surly and hostile. We were treated like s**t on a shoe from the moment we boarded. Any questions were met with sarcastic answers. No need for it. There was not enough information given; the captain was aware that this feedback comes up a lot, but seemed to think that just asking 'any questions?' meant it wasn't necessary to provide things like itineraries and charges upfront. Newsflash: when you get nothing but smartass answers, it doesn't inspire you to ask many questions.

On the first night, we crammed into uncomfortable and overcrowded sleeping cabins. I'd had a slight cold and thus was apparently snoring very softly (the softly part being confirmed by all four other members of the cabin). The captain charged in in the middle of the night, turned the light on and woke everyone up to complain my snoring was keeping him awake from the other side of the boat. Since it didn't keep anyone who was actually in the same cabin as me awake, this was all a bit much, and also why wake everyone else up? Why not just me?

Their attitude improved slightly over the next two days, but by then the first impression had been made and the damage had been done. The improvement in attitude, as well as being fine in terms of competence and safety, is the reason this is not a one star review.

Other than the staff, there are a few other small issues. There apparently used to be foam padding on the numerous sharp edges and corners of the boat, but this has worn away. It needs to be replaced, because in rolling seas it's very easy to hit your head - and I did, often. Also something like elastic nets for luggage would be a great, cheap way to improve everyone's safety and comfort and make sure things aren't flying about when the boat is tilting.

Such a good experience. Everything was planned out so well, and the food was way better than i expected on a boat. The crew were amazing as well, Libby, Courtney, and Ellen were awesome. A bit of a cramped sleeping area and the fans didn t really work well, but i mean you re on a boat.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

Hammer 2days 1night.

From the moment you re met by your crew to the moment you get off the boat you never want it to end.
My crew were Dani, Joey and Courtney.
They were absolutely AMAZING, really friendly and approachable. Super knowledgeable, learnt a lot of cool stuff and it was really cool to see how passionate they were about what we were doing and seeing.
First day you go snorkelling and they take you to a couple of spots. You see some incredible things and I actually swam with a turtle! You have plenty of the time, you re not rushed at all or restricted.

All the food was amazing so fresh and soooo good!! The evening was great fun, not much of a party-er but had the best evening, watching the sunset, seeing all the stars, it s honesty unbelievable. If you like to party you can, the music is great and there s always some who ll party.
The second day you go to Whitehaven beach, you get to go swimming, find some baby sharks and the beach is honestly as beautiful as the pictures. They even change the structure of the day for us so we could go to the view point at a better time of day to see the beach better and take nicer pictures.
Overall the tour was the best part of my trip so far and it will take a lot to beat it!! Would 100% recommend and would totally do it again!

Had an awesome trip on the broomstick. 2 nights/2days, all inclusive. Age range was mostly around 20-30. You'll see what the whitsunday islands have to offer including Whitehaven beach, hill-inlet lookout, snorkeling, sunsets and much more.

The food was amazing (burgers, fruitsalads, cookie snacks in between...), they have a bar onboard just in case you run out of water/beer/goon etc.
The sailing itself is a breathtaking experience! Make sure you'll help hoisting the sail!

Shout-out to Xav, Dan and Yas, who were looking after each and everyone of us and made sure we had a good time and a good party. ;)

Sleeping quarters are small but this was not an issue because the whole trip was amazing.

Great sailing and high energy from the hosts. I am 29 years old and there were about 15 people on the boat. I believe people who are between 18 - 30 would enjoy this experience more than other age groups because of the high energy. The food was great and they do cater to your dietary needs. The snorkeling was mediocre, but I had just done scuba diving at the great barrier reef a week before. My favorite part was when we were sailing back to Airlie beach with the boat at a 45 degree angle speeding across the water. The hosts (Clancy, Dan and Shane) are very passionate about sailing and made the experience exciting.

We did the 3 day Whitsunday tour with the ship Broomstick and loved it. The crew was great and so was the atmosphere. The food was varied and more than sufficient. In terms of age, everyone was between 20 and 35, but it wasn't a party boat in that sense. Still, I wouldn't recommend it for older people.

Had my very best time in australia during my 2d/2n broomstick sailing tour. The crew (Molly, Crispy and Chey) was amazing and they did their best to make this trip unforgettable. We ve got great food like burgers, wraps and nachos, free water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate and a lot of snacks. We had the opportunity to sleep on deck under the sky but it was up to us. We ve seen whitehaven beach, went snorkeling and we ve seen many turtles and whales. Great music all the time and a nice, cozy atmosphere. Definitly my best trip so far. I highly recommend this broomstick tour to all of you!!!

Broomstick experience!

Broomstick experience!
Me and my friend had the best two days on the Broomstick! Amazing, friendly, funny and outgoing crew and on-point with all activities and instructions. The food was amazing too, didn't expect that type of quality!

Also, we were collecting shells on the beach and then the crew member said that we couldn't take them because it belongs to the national park.. Bit of a bummer, but very respect- worthy that they protect the national parks the way they do! So yeah, the shells went swimming after that, haha.

Good company, good people, great experience!
Xav, Dan and Kurtis, thanks for a lovely experience!

Team not at all professional! As soon as we arrive...

Team not at all professional! As soon as we arrived on the boat "Hammer" we felt that the crew did not care about its customers. They seemed saddened by the fact that we were calm and reproached us for not having a party. They asked questions while giving ironic answers to them without even giving us the time to answer. After the evening meal, the crew members slumped down on the boat each on their phone. No exchange! At no time did they want to talk to customers who still paid $ 319 each! While we were not there to make friends but a little exchange and sharing does no harm to anyone and it's still a bit of what we hope when we do this kind of adventure. Without any information (the time of the breakfast or even the time of departure of the boat) nor even without saying goodbye (disrespect rather incredible!) The crew went to sleep.

During this cruise 2 days 1 night, the first day we did two snorkeling sessions. The first was horrible! They took us to a place where all the coral was dead. There was absolutely nothing to see. And icing on the cake: they feed the fish so that they come around us. After some disappointments, we are promised that during the second snorkeling session, the coral will be colorful and beautiful! It is not so. Always so disappointing! While two days later we chatted with a couple who made the same trip with another company and they were taken away from the 20% undamaged coral reef at whitsundays.

I chose to put 2 stars and not 1 because the food, meanwhile, was excellent!

In short, to avoid when we know that there are dozens of companies that offer the same thing but better for the same price see cheaper!

Expensive trip with Unprofessional crew

499$ Cruise, not even a fridge to stock cold water, a ridiculous tiny pressure shower to wash your hair after snorkeling and a crew member who's screwing the tourist on the deck.

I was on a 1 night, 2 day tour on the "Hammer" boat. The trip was really great! The crew was super cool and they really noticed that they enjoy their job. Sas, Rany and Moly really had a lot of idea about the sailing trip. It was just the right amount of chilling on the boat and action. And although one or the other beer was drunk in the evening, you did not feel like one of these party boats.
The food was also surprisingly good. I can only really recommend this tour and would do it again anytime.
Thanks again! :)

Thanks to the crew, Josh, Crispy, Dani, Alex and Benny for making my Whitsunday trip on Condor an unforgettable one. It was crazy weather conditions and our trip did not look like the ones I ve seen online, but the group and the crew were all so positive and the sailing experience in windy weather was just crazy. Nature is nature and wet season was definitely here, and in the end it was a lot of fun!

Highly recommend spending a couple of days out on Condor with ProSail

Just came off Broomstick after 3 days of absolute pleasure and joy on a private charter with Pro-Sail. Crew were incredible and attentive, with great advice on itinerary and sailing conditions. The crew; Ethan, Josh and Tommy showed us some incredible private beaches and secret snorkeling spots with colourful coral and heaps of fish. Still finding it hard to put the words together about how good it was! I would 100% recommend private chartering one of their boats or as part of a group tour. I think next time we will need to head out for an extra day or two!

My husband and I recently went on Prosail/Broomstick with a group of friends and had THE BEST time! The crew (Tommy, Josh & Ethan) were so friendly, heaps of fun and really happy to share their passion for sailing and the Whitsundays with us. We'd give them an excellent for everything; professionalism, knowledge of the area, food, locations they took us to, and the fun, friendly atmosphere they created. Couldn't recommend them enough, will hopefully sail with them again one day! Thank you guys for an unforgettable trip!!
