I came to this place after I landed in Kyiv and checked into a hotel next door.
I was teaveling alone on business and came to this pub because the reviews were great, it looked cozy and unintimidating.
I ordered a cocktail.
Maybe the way is it done home, in Canada, is different from how I should have asked for it here. So when it was made differently - I let the bartender know. But kept the drink anyway.
A couple of minutes later I asked him if I could order some food (I was sitting at the bar). He clearly heard me and ignored completely. I didn't make any rushed conclusions and gave it a little time. When he was near again - I asked if I could have another round - no reaction. But I know he heard me well because he actually repeated what I had said as he walked away. My next ask was for my bill. Which he smiling gave me immediately.
Important to note that I started my order in English, as it has been my main language for the past 2 decades. It just naturally came out. But I switched to Russian soon through my drink order.
Maybe he thought I was from Russia (I never lived in Russia). As a huge supporter of Ukraine, I can even understand his possible dislike behind me not knowing Ukrainian.
But the fact remains - instead of having a great dinner after a long day, I left in a hurry - tired, hungry and humiliated.
I am never coming back to this place.

Nice music, delicious cuisine, working at night. One of the favorite places in Kiev

Divine croutons and cider aki ambrosia, drink easily and pleasantly intoxicates. A pleasant atmosphere is live music. Book your seats in advance because there are almost always no vacancies in the evenings)

The institution showed me a friend. Gorgeous beer, excellent service and cuisine. Now one of the favorite places. A bit noisy in the evenings, but that's why the pub :)

An excellent institution for both the company and for two. Great food and always fresh beer. A variety of snacks and most importantly great steaks. Who loves meat - come here!

The magnificent atmospheric institution, the noisy conversations here are not surprising, but they do not hurt to rest, incredibly highlighting the style of the institution, food prices are quite democratic, and alcohol is somewhat more expensive than in other cities of the city.

Clean, fast, delicious.

brought a brand-name beer that was exhausted, ordered a burger, a cold burger, a small burger cut to a maximum of 80 grams and generally not very on its own. worse than in McDonald's. The only big plus is the staff.

A place with normal music, a bit crowded but the comfort does not suffer, a large selection of cider and delicious cuisine.

To my modest opinion, is not the best cider in Kiev. Especially pear (which unfortunately very quickly disassemble). Getting to this place is very easy, and you can sit on the street. From the minuses I can note the unstable work of the terminal to pay the card (so it is better to have cash with them), and, if you smoke, you have to go to a separate place for smoking, because the tables can not be smoke.

There is no live music, relatively comfortable atmosphere.
Service - fast, but not competent (the waiter poured beer into things and didn t even apologize)

A great bar to spend your evening here with friends, sipping Rock light, unfiltered, or some other beer, the blessing is here (but the biggest choice here is whiskey). Also, delicious ciders are served here, and individual praise deserves a sourness, a delicious one. than you will not eat here anywhere. The food here is also good. I tasted classic burgers and pasta, everyone was pleased, both positions are good in terms of price / quality. There are also other dishes. Snacks to foam are also delicious. From the outside, the place is rather obscure, that here the bar says only a poster on the door and decoration on the windows. Previously, there was also a summer playground. The interior of the classic pub, in general, I liked the place, I will come again

Very cool pub in the city center. Excellent cuisine - delicious and varied. Good selection of beer. Prices please! And most importantly, you are welcome here 24 hours a day. I didn t even think that in the center of the city it would be such a problem to eat after 22:00. In the Prophet, they found everything that is necessary for a pleasant gastronomic evening! Highly recommend!!!

I've enjoyed my stay. On weekends, it is difficult to find a table inside, but we were lucky - the administrator got his bearings on time and informed about the cancellation of the reservation for the table, very nice. The excitement is in particular associated with live music, there is a schedule for the month ahead. Live music is great. Food and alcohol are great.

Nice prices. They say it happens Belheven (personally did not hit) which is now a rarity in Kiev. But the coffee stout came in very much. Portions of pans are not the biggest but very tasty. There is live music. Tables are best booked in advance.
