As I saw many TVs in the pictures, went there to see the first England match in this World Cup. For my surprise, I ve asked about the match and a big bartender told me they won t show the match on the screen!

Norm institution, good live music, but not enough space

They visited the Prorock pub with the whole family for 4 years, could not get enough that they found a pub in which almost all of our requests are combined.
But all good things come to an end sometime, and so it happened in our relations with this institution. It all started perfectly by going to the pub we took a FREE table without reservation.
Looking ahead, I ll say that all the tables around were without reservation. After ordering and receiving a couple of foamy drinks and a snack in a few minutes, they began to communicate in our modest company of 3 adults and a child of 4 years old.
All the tables nearby were free except for one behind which the company was located among 4 people. After 30 minutes of stay, another 8 people came to this company and the most interesting part began. Instead of waiting until a special series for large companies is released (which was almost free).
This company begins to shift tables on a small patch not intended for this at all, which of course caused discomfort both on the moral and physical level in our country. I think no one will be pleased to sit as if in a cage forced by tables without the ability to normally get out of there. And see unpleasant faces looking straight at you. And besides, this is not possible and for safety measures that the administrator probably forgot.
First, we tried to make comments on this company (and did not receive the expected response), then we tried to act through the staff in the form of waitresses (looking ahead it was excellent acquaintances of the waitresses with whom they all kissed). The reactions from the waitresses were the same as those from these characters . And then the main character appears, a girl of about 30 with blond hair comes up to the table and asks (literally):
Have you booked this table? In response, receiving the answer that they did not book, and how it relates to this situation (after all, the table was absolutely free), she declares that "These boys are with us every Saturday"
Further to the question, who are you in general? This girl answers that she is the administrator and leaves. I have not received such shock for a long time instead of performing my direct functions in the form of solving the problem, this Administrator takes the conflict to a new level with her statement that I'm sorry but we have our own gradation for visitors.
After 10 minutes, seeing that the conflict itself did not hesitate, this administrator comes up and offers us "Transfer to another table." I ll say that we would move without question before her first coming, although again it s not right to drive our visitors like dogs. It was enough just to apologize for the situation and offer another table right away.

In general, if you are a regular visitor as we were, then get ready that at one point you may be considered a less important visitor than "These Saturday Boys" and spoil your evening.
PS The administrator was not named, but the waitress said that her name was Victoria.

I have been here several times, even celebrated birthdays. Nice place, very adequate and nice staff, tasty beer. Too bad only the summer terrace is gone.

The kitchen, as always, is very tasty!
But I did not like the service: instead of 40 minutes, which we expected (as usual), spent here about 1.5 hours. We had to wait for everything: the order, and the order itself, and the invoice and even the calculation. The establishment was relatively busy and the waitresses had the opportunity to respond and serve faster.

An institution with humor;) but they won me over with their chocolate fondant, really the most delicious in Kiev !!
