We had such a lovely time at the prom parlour yesterday! From our first phone call when booking an appointment for my daughter back in December, I had a good feeling about this place.

They have always kept us upto date on changes during lockdown, The ladies were so welcoming - nothing was too much trouble and.... there is a huuuuuggeee beautiful selection of dresses here!
Every girls dream!

After a bad experience with a different prom shop today, we were able to return to The prom parlour to secure a deposit on my daughters perfect dress. Thankyou so much for going above and beyond for us!

I honestly cannot recommend highly enough , soon as walked in was made to feel welcome allowed me to zoom call my bridal party and allowed me to take photos. They pulled extra dresses that I didn't look at and it turned out the one they pulled was my YES dress and had my moment with my dress that I will never forget.

Went along with the bride for her dress alterations and staff are lovely and professional. Covid measures in place and feels like a nice clean place to be :)

I had my wedding dress alterations done here back in October 2020. I was recommended to Karen by a family member and can honestly say this was the best decision. Karen was able to alter my dress perfectly and I felt like a princess. Such care and effort went in to making my dress fit me like a glove. When I tried it on again during the last appointment, I couldn t stop smiling (behind my mask of course, as the store was following the gov guidance and is very COVID secure and safe). The staff here are very welcoming and friendly and the store is beautiful and clean. I will be 100% recommending to all my friends and family.

I bought my wedding dress from Proposals today and they were by far the best wedding studio I've been to. They couldn't do enough to help and even though I had a small budget they treated me like I had a huge one and had a great selection of dresses in my size. Fantastic service and communication. The ladies here were lovely and made every effort to make me feel glamorous and amazing. Lovely stock and great range of dresses to suit all figures. Can highly recommend.

My daughter and myself visited the shop yesterday and boy what am amazing experience it was . My daughter was made to feel very special from the minute we walked into the shop. The knowledge and experience they have is priceless, and she looked stunning in the dress Donna picked for her, and Lorriane chose the best veil and tiara to go with the dress .
