I recently signed a contract with Prolink with the hopes of awesome experience to help a hospital and explore a new place. Prolink was responsible for travel and lodging. On arrival to the hotel, I found mold, dust, and broken appliances in my room. Following the chain of command, I reached out to the accommodations team and they assisted in finding myself and a few other nurses another room, which also had mold, dust and broken appliances. I asked if there was another accommodation for myself, as I have asthma and this is a SAFTEY ISSUE and the accommodations team Rose Beras and Natalie told me to pay for a room out of pocket if I wasn t happy. Bear in mind, my contract was for Prolink to cover lodging. Additionally, precious nurses that reported unsafe or unsanitary lodging were moved to a resort hotel while I was notified the following day my contract was terminated for requesting another room. I emailed the account manager Patrick Eagan, and my current recruiter and all Patrick did was tell me I am terminated effective immediately. This company has no integrity, and I am sorry I ever signed a contract with them.

I am so thankful for ProLink! I am thankful to work for a company who loves people and loves its team members. Prolink knows how to truly serve others and I am proud to work for a company that promotes professional development and personal growth! This company is world class and works so hard to maintain a strong culture for those working from home or thousands of miles away from their home. The phrase Prolink family is not one to take lightly. It is TRUE and Prolink does a wonderful job at making sure others feel as if they are a part of the Prolink family too! I would encourage anyone to jump at the opportunity to work for this company. It is really special!

Thank you Prolink! Due to you, thousands of nurses have been able to support much of the US during the Pandemic. I have been an employee for over a year now and I appreciate Prolink and it's team to the fullest!

I have worked with ProLink since Spring 2020, Crisis Response. I am never surprised with a hidden caveat. My recruiter is responsive and I work with him well. ProLink has shared increases in Contract rates with it's Nurses. One contract I received 3 rate increases because ProLink received them. Some companies do not pass this along. I appreciate their fairness. Working Crisis, I have had early cancellations of contracts. It's the nature of the beast. But ProLink has my back. Always had another offer within 24 hours, sometimes same time as when notified of cancellation. Money is always important for travelers and honestly they pay very well, benefits are good and choices are available, which I like because everyone has different needs. Pay is on time. The only time I had a short check it was resolved same day and deposit was made same day. I always walk into the job knowing what to expect. No one is blowing smoke about how great it perfect anything is. I plan on staying with ProLink for the long haul.

My first contract with Prolink Staffing as a travel registered nurse us almost coming to an end. I have enjoyed working with this company! My recruiter has been great & responsive to my needs, the health insurance is great for me, and their list of available job assignments is incomparable to other staffing agencies. This definitely won t be my last assignment with them!

This is a great company to work for. I started here as a temp and moved into a permanent position in just a few months. They really care about their employees and want them to succeed in both their professional and personal lives!

I have had several contracts with them. I am appalled and can not believe this is what it s come to. Nurses should never be treated like cattle in a herd. The one time I have voiced my concerns with the assigned lodging they dismissed my concerns and immediately labeled me and several nurses. I ve never as a nurse felt so belittled. Black Mold, Rust, Mold on shower curtains and mold on curtain drapes and I was told others didn t mind and I should just be compliant with it. Instead of allowing me to choose different accommodations I was told find my own way home left stranded and canceled my contract. Voicing a concern should never be treated in this demeanor.
