Very poor management ...they take time of 2-3 days only for verification ... People sit like idle and in the end of the day they are said you may go home time is over..

Lack of employeecentric in the company.. should have been more helpful to employee which is missing

The documenting process will start slow, in addition to the date of joining and joining the date of 10 days, the next time the postponed and next batch is completed.

Its, located in Noida sector 63, you will get opportunity to get job in good process, you should have good communication skills in English and Hindi, you will sue get job in this company, you should visit for interview al least one time and try your best...

Overall experience is not good because of the environment of the company.. The are not deducting the PF from your salary. You can not visit outside from the company one you enter for the day , this is wrost rule of the company

This company is worst because they do not have cordination between their people one would say different thing and other would deny especially HR department in noida.Do not ever go to this worse company they even do not have enough space for sitting and the quality of head phones and chairs is worse. The clients which have given their businesses to run in this company does not even have manners to speak with trainee. She speaks like she is making favour while taking certification.

Staff isn't supportive,, i was in cargill process, i was selected for zomato sent to me in panasonic and afterall i was working in cargill

It's an BPO,SOFTWARE company where you can find jobs at a good packages,
If you have the proper required skills for the vacancy profile..

This is the worst place with horrible management. Have no knowledge of professionalism at all. Bloody losers.

Office to sahi hai but itne partner bade hi madarchod hai

I worked there for 3 months only and below mention is my feedback.

Female Security Issues:- Earlier girls are safe in cogent but now a days they don t feel security due to some seniors and most of them are well supported by HR team . Ex:- Manoj Nagpal is trying each and every girl which joined in company as he start messaging/calling them from 1st day of Joining for asking the date and he is well supported by Amit (HR Head) as he always knows that what his team is doing. Some managers/Team leaders also do it but again they supported by their seniors and no action taken by management on it.
I suppose that all seniors are trying to play with female employees (can check the call records of Manoj for my allegation of last year).

Employee can t go outside the Office:- Why a employee can t go outside the Office during the Shift timing in our office but in other call canters employees can go outside the office. Why we have the different approach and as per my observation company afraid that employee can go for interview or will not provide the Complete productivity than why we have supervisors and what they are doing this should be their task as per my knowledge if our supervisors have the bonding with their juniors or correct way to do their work than a employee can t use this freedom in wrong manner.

Salary Increment:- too low as company ready to pay high amount to external hired people but not ready to increase salary of current employees ( You can check that IJP promoted employees getting very low package where as outsider hired on very high salary) .

No FUN activity for Employee:- As my friend discussed with me that their Call canter arrange many parties & reward Ceremony for them on many occasion like- R&R in every month and on many festival like- Diwali, Holi, & other festival but in our Company we didn t celebrate any occasion which is very demotivational for employees. Company afraid to spend little money on their employees and that s why we feel that we have no value for Company and company provide the laptop/tours to our seniors etc which can t motivate the agents.

Communication Gap between Employee and management:- I also observed that if an Employee is unsatisfied with their Team leader, Asst. Manager, Manager or HR then he don t have any one to solve his/her problem because that employee knows that no one will listen properly and end of the day senior will not be punished and it s happening just because of the gap between an employee and the top management and this is the live example that I had all these touch points while working with Cogent but I was not able to share my views with you or someone else and that s why I write down these points and sending to you.

Behavior of Few Seniors:- As an employee we have to obey of our Seniors orders and most of us did it but some time few Seniors are making new rules which never disclose with us and they force us to obey that rules which physically or mentally harassment of us. Out of these rules most of the rules are not followed by Our Seniors Like:- No one can go outside but some seniors are going outside for tea and smoking. It s also observed that our Company s security guard also does misbehave with us and it force us to that we are working here as a labor class worker for Company and our self respect does not matter for company.
I am not in your organization and now I don t have any restriction to share my thoughts & experience with you, I want to share my some points which is 95% employees voice in cogent.

This company has always opportunity to the fresher & experience person

Always make false commitment...we should ban these type of company

Wrost company there is no management how to do business how to handle any situation,
I have more then 27 months experience in BPO and E-Commerce Field but I never seen this stupid company they are not providing offer letter always ready for salary deduction stupid biometric system
Senior's don't have taking sense how to treat with executive they always treat like executives are animal always ready for girls not for boys

If you are thinking to join this company or giving business opportunity so don't think that will be total waste of money and time and there are lots of chances to lose your market value becoz there is nothing some people are really good but rest people mostaly management like manager process head they are not good they always behave like no one is here for intruppting us we r the god of this company and exactly they don't know how to run process or how to maintain floor decorum how to give satisfaction to executive they are justifying only salary nothing they are doing they always give mentally harassment to people that's it nothing else
So please being a human if you are going in this company for any perpose think 10 times

very bad company in Delhi NCR everything is bad just like company HR , they don t have professionalism to candidates for any type of query ,they also denied the right solution , joining time also delay by company they don t have sufficient trainers so batches delay time by. time my joining date was 28 june they told me my batch starts from 6 July but on 6 july they told me next thursday and than next monday and finally they told me my for 26 july for joining. so in this company joining is like world war. salary date 15 mid of month ,no sense in this salary date. and biggest challenge in this company is documentation, my documentation was completed in 5th time every time they told for new document and company rule.

everything is bad in this company no career opportunity for bright person

This is to put in your concern that I am done with my daily target. I have done it with the assured quality performance. And Still I am forced to do more tickets. There is nowhere mentioned to work more than my target so Why should I do it.

This is actually a BPO which is running multiple process and the route of this place is easy to reach n soothing as well... Better roads to drive, there are 4 routes to reach there from ghaziabad.

This is a cheater company which is so famous to dump the salaries of their employees.

Not so good.in break time we can't go outside the primises. Bad experience.
