I placed a large order and only received two of the items ordered. I've emailed and called Tamaree multiple times and was told in the first phone call that the missing items didn't ship because they "weren't in stock". That was approx 4 months ago. I have emailed her several times since trying to get the products shipped or a refund, but she hasn't responded to my emails in months. This is the worst customer service I've ever received and it's extra disappointing because I've been a return customer and have recommended several others to her company. Unfortunately my next step is small claims court to recover the money they've stolen from me.
