I work for a national retailer, and PRS helps us immensely with our issues nationwide. Our account managers/coordinators Chris, Ozzy, Sunill and Amy provide us updates in a timely manner, and are professional with our store managers. They have been our advocate for pricing, and they select great sub contractors in each market. If there ever is a problem with the sub, PRS jumps on it right away and does their best to make it right. PRS does a great job for us!
PRS has been great since we ve started our vendor relationship. Dispatch is Fantastic! And we have never had an issue with billing or any invoice we have sent over. Since my company Omega Locks covers both California and Puerto Rico, PRS has effortlessly combined my vendor relation so that invoicing is smooth at all times. When any hiccup come up, they have been the first to reach out for a resolution. I feel blessed to work with them as a vendor.

They used us as a vendor for a job back in May 2018, and finally paid the invoice in late of Sept 2018. The accounts payable person paid the invoice in USD funds according to the exchange rate for weeks prior so the amount differed from cheque print day to deposit day. After Getting in touch with them they refused to pay the balance owing. Be warned Canadian service providers, they will not pay promptly and they will not pay the full amount.

PRS is head and shoulders above other maintenance companies to work for. I've worked for many companies and PRS is first class. Probably the most important to us service techs is not only getting paid but getting paid on time! They have never missed a date!
Work orders are clear and understandable and the project managers communicate incredibly fast. You never have to wait a whole day for an answer, they respond in minutes!
The special projects team is amazing. They provide you with any information you need to put a quote together and will go out of there way to help. They are the only company I've called at midnight with a question and the project manager answered the phone! With most companies you get voice mail or someone who has no idea about the job your on.
PRS is #1 in my book!

We have been working with PRS for a year or so now, but have really seen a jump in calls from them in the past few months. They are a great company to work for. They have consistently paid their invoices on time and often before the due date. This is HUGE when it comes to Facility management companies. If a FM company takes care of their vendors, the vendors take care of the clients. Their CSR's are knowledgeable and friendly and we have had nothing put positive experiences with them. My company completed work for a Harbor Freight and was never paid for the completion by PRS. I have left numerous voicemails for the owner, Kathleen with no replies to discuss. I suggest not doing work with or for Professional Retail.

In the past 15 years or so, major minor services has worked with well over 40 different national companies. With the greatest of ease I can confidently say that the team over at PRS is by far the easiest, funnest, and most professional and down to business national company that we work with. People like Sunill Singh who has gone to bat many times in understanding the complexities of a scope of work that most other associates from other companies would not even want to hear much less put forth the time and energy to understand their underlying effects on a situation, given me his personal cell number so that I may contact him after his work hours when the need arises, helped me to source materials that I am unfamiliar with even though it is my responsibility just so that the job can be expedited, and remains a strong team member even though he works apart from the rest! Amy is one of the kindest people I know, and despite her planet sized heart still gets to the bottom line of a matter and gets work done extremely efficiently!Ozzy (Thiiiis is Oz) can listen to one conversation and type another one (therefore always doing two jobs at once) better than anyone else on the planet! Dani walked in her first day and said "I'm here to stay, so give me something you can't do and let me kill it!". The list goes on, (and those that I did not mention will be giving me a hard time for it because That's what friends do) but this is not a high school reunion, so, in closing I will say that as a business owner I tried to strive for having the best team available, but, thanks to their attitude, reliability, consistency, and even paying on time, I fear we will always be in second place. Working for this company and getting paid on a completed job has been the worst experience I have ever had! They don't pay when job is complete and they charge you to get paid before 45 days after completion!! Now 15 days after completion they "haven't received an invoice from me:! What a joke, I have 3 emails showing where it was sent!!

I've done work for PRS for the more than 4 years, along with 4-5 other service providers, and always look forward to my phone ringing and seeing that it is PRS calling. The office people that take the calls from the stores and send out our tickets are the best. Everyone in the office is professional and knows a lot about store repairs, parts and what is needed. They are easy work with and are available if you get on site and have questions. Paperwork from them is accurate with all the information you need to get to the job site, know what is wrong or what is needed before you go and all the contact information for billing and any follow up you may need. Your bills will be handled quickly and honestly. I have never had any billing issues with PRS.

We have worked with PRS for over 15 years, and throughout our whole relationship PRS has always been great. We have found that everyone at PRS knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with, especially Sunill Singh.
Does not pay their vendors for work performed. Went to troubleshoot a job to find out what the issue was. Sent a quote to do the repairs, the quote was approved (which specifically stated that it did NOT include the first trip to troubleshoot) and now they will not pay the balance due. Sunill Singh (their employee) called and stated about 10 times that he did not want to argue with me, yet he proceeded to argue with me about why they shouldn't pay the balance because of what someone else told him and because he didn't actually read the quote he approved. Do not do work for this company if you want to get paid.
My company has worked several years with PRS. Their team is great to work with. I deal with Angela V. on almost a daily basis she is great and always professional.
