BEWARE! this company is junk been owner/operator of a commercial servicing company for 10 years and have never been treated with such disregard this company owes me $1000. now delinquent about 6 months moving into collections talked to the head of the company he basically told me that im out of luck these guys are the bottom of the barrel

We have been working with PROS for well over a decade. From small service calls to complete remodels. We have developed a great business relationship over the last 10 plus years and we have always been paid for our work. They are one of our top accounts and we value the business we do with PROS!
These folks are not easy to work. CONTRACTORS BE AWARE!!!! You will not get paid on your full invoice. Stay Away!!!
VENDORS BEWARE!!! This company dispatched us for an emergency call at 6:15 pm, yes we have phone records to confirm all of this. Our technician left in the middle of his family dinner and was on site within 25 minutes which was 3 minutes later then when their dispatcher Stephanie called and cancelled the work request. She was told at 6:15 it would cost a minimum of 190.00 to get us on site including the first 2 hours of work. Stephanie lied to her supervisors and said she called back 5 minutes later, which was actually 28 minutes later when she called at 6:42 pm. By the time I called my tech at 6:45 he was already on site. At that point I told her we had already dispatched and they would be billed for our time incurred. Considering the circumstances, I told her at that time that I would give them a break and only invoice for 95.00 which is half of what we agreed on at 6:15 pm. They have refused to pay the 95.00 2 months later now that the invoice is past due. We sent the invoice on Dec 19 and have not heard from the company since then until now when we called because their payment was late. They viewed our invoice 30 times(yes 30 times, we have records of them viewing it) within the first 24 hours and never contacted us regarding any dispute. We have now sent the invoice to collections for the full amount with all applicable fees and will no longer be doing business with this company. One of the main supervisors Paula was never given a detailed invoice by Stephanie and Paula has been repeatedly caught in lies to us, she has claimed they have phone records but are unwilling to provide them, she told us they do not have a vendor relations department which they do, and also refused to forward this to her Supervisor. TRUST ME...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Don't just take my word for it, look at the other reviews. I am only giving one star because I have to in order to post this. Otherwise they would not get one.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS THAT MEANS YOU HAVE TAKEN A GREAT STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! In this business you are only as good as your word!!! When a company approves a work order and changes the amount after the work has been completed and everyone's satisfied with the scope of work / clean up, recieved the sign off... Now this company begins the renegotiation process. Woooow. Now if you read this and you still decide work with them, you deserve whatever you get. Good luck, you'll need it.

They owe me over $4,000.00! We worked with this company for over a decade and had regular annoyances but they would eventually pay us. Up until our recent work orders. We did a bunch or work for multiple locations and once we submitted the bills; we were met with excuses and their new company policies that we never agreed to or signed any documents for. This was after many other excuses but was their final decree. I m a husband and father of 4 children; one is in heaven. And this company thinks it s ok to operate in this manner and take not only food from my table but money from my pocket. As I paid for all kinds of materials to do the jobs. They made no offer to at least cover the loss of materials; which isn t enough at any rate because doing their work kept me from other paying jobs. So there is lost time as well. I am planning on sharing all emails of correspondence with as many companies as possible to show how they operate. This is the face of basically all these third party companies and I hope to see them go away some day soon. We don t need middle men any longer. It just gives them and the large corporations an out with little or no backlash after they refuse to pay bills. I think regardless of any bs excuses they post in retort of people s reviews not being accurate or honest; shows exactly what kind of business they re running here. This many reviews can t be wrong and I m glad and willing to share all of my correspondence with anyone who d like to see it. Paula whom I ve noticed was mentioned by other s in reviews as well. Also tried to lie to me about dialogue between us and one of the managers at a store we worked for; just to give her some kind of a leg up. Unfortunately for her I was the one who had that conversation with the manager and I know what was actually said between us. And her accusations were about the company who had been on one of the jobs before us. Whom the manager at that location s store had informed about in full. Regarding poor workmanship, inability to find the problem and not showing up on appointments. I was thankfully informed about this so when Paula tried to accuse us I knew what she was referring to. That manager had only praised my efforts.
So in short; do yourself a favor and don t waste time, money, effort or your families lively hood in dealing with this company. And please if you ve had bad dealing with this company and other companies like them; than it is our duty to share with whoever we can the bad business they practice.

t's the worst company I've worked for. I've been in this business for 20 years and I've never met such irresponsible people. My last job for them was in the month of February and I am still waiting for my check. I sent an email and no one has responded, they ignore you when they owe you money. Stay away from these people if you do not want to have headache at the time of receiving your check.
Did a job for them about 2 months ago and have yet to be paid. Not responsive to status inquiries. After they tell you how much you can charge, they keep a percentage as a "management fee", if they ever get around to paying. Contractor beware! Also, I know that at least one person who gave a 5 star review, is an employee of the company, NOT a customer!
