Overall, my experience with the company was average. 😐 The main positive aspect was their professionalism and prompt communication throughout the project. They were always clear in their explanations and willing to answer any questions. However, I was not impressed with the quality of the work. Some of the finishing details were not done properly, and I had to ask them to come back and fix certain issues. Additionally, the project took longer than initially estimated, causing some inconvenience. While they did rectify the problems eventually, it would have been better if the work had been done right the first time. Considering the price I paid, I expected a higher level of craftsmanship. Overall, Professional Renovations, Inc. delivered an average service, but there is certainly room for improvement. 👍
