Well fellow truckers. Not much has changed here at this place. 24 hour operation facility and its 3am. I have been here 30 min now and nobody is in the office, in front of me or behind me. Gotta love the hurry up and wait

It was a terrible experience, it took them three days to load my trailer, and nobody there knows anything I have a list of numbers, I had to call it took five days to get those numbers , seven days for a 2 day trip, adress on paperwork was wrong including zip code, also door numbers, and drop numbers, where wrong, some of them painted over could not even make out what they said, was supposed to do a round trip, lol everything. They say is 24 hours, unfortunately did not make any money here only lost money, now taking my out of this place, empty, and have to wait for that, common P&G make it work for both of us in a timely manner

Guard left booth unattended with 4 trucks in line. Been sitting here about 30 minutes so far. Place is not driver friendly at all.

Driver is 6 h there.Come on time for his appointment but still no one started to unload him.No one give a sht!Skip this place for delivery.Don"t waist your time.There is no human respect at all!

Its sad that PG is dependent on truck drivers to deliver and pick up from them and right out front PG has a sign (which I will include) that says no restroom for drivers. I will never come back here and am telling all I know in the trucking businesses not to come here if they are not gonna provide not only a restroom but a place for drivers to sit and relax after a long day behind the wheel.

Quickly unloaded but there is construction and access roads in the territory of the terrible

Appt @12:30. Left @ 16:00. Get your act together and hire some forklift opperators that actually work.

Easy in and out. Gate guard friendly and helpful. Backed into assigned door. Waited 10 minutes before getting the red light. 2 minutes later, loader comes out and says there s cracks in my trailer that he can see daylight through and warned me that I could ve been rejected but said he would load me this time. Looked all over my trailer and didn t see any cracks. I however can see the lights inside the warehouse through the space between the door and side of the trailer.

Drivers beware. Loader was scraping the inside of the trailer with every pallet and slammed against the front bulkhead

Currently standing at the dock for 7hrs.. let s see if these guys gonna break the record. Oh wait, they already did. Smh

I m back... took a picture of my log book, so you see I m not bs. Now it s been officially more than 7hrs in the dock!!!!!

Live load, took an hour and a half. Leaving an hour before my appointment. No complaints here.

In and out on drop and hook, nice person at security booth

NO REEFERS picking up whatsoever, despite what you've been told.

Gard said that I would be loaded in about an hour they haven't started yet

36 hours to unload, don't take their loads unless they pay you 10$ per mile. It is just waste of time.

This business absolutely sucks,they want truckers to haul loads for them,but refuse to give a proper address,they are not hungry enough,will never haul another load for the ungrateful dogs!!!

Quite a facility, grateful for how clean and organized it is for a production facility

They make the best paper towels (Bounty) and toilet paper(Charmin) around!

Good loads but could use more help at guard shack 5 trucks waiting to get in I've been waiting 15 min to get out

It's a Warehouse and Production facility, considered to be mostly a paper plant. Making only paper towels and toilet paper! But with an additional new warehouse added on to make pamper diapers and other babycare products.

LAST TIME !!!!!!!Worst worst waiting 8,5 hours to get loaded.Very unprofessional and no more business

Anyone is being there before appointment time and being able to get unloaded, I m 2 days early ????

Very easy loading process. Sometimes you can be here after 2 hours but for the most part it's a very easy and smooth process. There's a ton of brokers than push freight out of here. Most of these loads pay good too. They have a massive lot with tons of maneuverability, just be careful because Swift goes here frequently and you never know with those guys

No 1 not 2 but the whole dam crew are idiots.they losr thier jobs qhile i was there ...and they sit and wonder why??dont like your job?then Quit!

Fairly easy to get into, "security" (i.e.: yard jockey's) are laid back and know what they're doing.

Drove to pick up a load here today. They steal my straps out of the back of my truck and don't give them back.

Slow unloading live unloads ... They give priority to loading trucks here.... Have had to wait 3 days to get unloaded several times.

Management is a joke. An speaks to their employees like children.

For as busy as they where I feel 3 hours was a load time.

So far not impressed but will update later. 10-26-2018. Appointment for 1330, in gate at 1315 and in dock at 1330. Now its 1624 and they still have not even touched my trailer, still have green light on dock that has never changed to red. Walked to guard shack to make sure the warehouse employees know I am here, he said yes just have to wait on loading. Best part, im one of two trucks just sitting here waiting. No one else. Screw this place.

Well Organized and Friendly. Fast and easy in and out.

Portable restrooms are closed with a lock .No restrooms on the building.

Plan to stay here all day. They are slow at loading.

Sometimes the guard is out on the mule but I've never had to wait very long. A good place to pick up.

Broker told me it will be a drop, not the case I was put in a door at 10:00am now its going on 14:00 still in door waiting to get unloaded

if you dont like to waste your time to pick up load dont go to this place..

Haven t been to the warehouse yet, since appointment isn t until later. The fact that I can t get ahold of anyone to speak to after desk jockey hours, about delivering this load, is highly irritating. Not to mention that the phone number for P&G on various Utah websites is wrong. Might wanna get on that P&G.

Pulled up to the guard shack. Guy is walking around for 5 minutes moving papers. Never said a word to me and shuts the lights off and leaves. 10 minutes later still waiting for someone to check me in at a 24 hour facility? If I need to call someone, should have just put it on the window.

10hrs unloading, detention wasn't paid, even on time.

Say you. An pick up anytime midnight to midnight here at guard shack and no oe is here.. Just how this day is gonna sucks again na tool to days to deliver a load to Kroger in Layton. .will not come back to either place

Good rules for safety.
That's my main concern,
I don't mind if they didn't got me loaded on time , it's just like any other company.
It's part of our job.
Patient is good.

Guard is also yard dog great for p&g not so much the drivers, 30+ to check in loads not ready till two hours after app. time they even say half jokingly we know we have two free hours we normally take them. 30+ to check out after coming back because you can't stay and wait for load, give you a # to call to check on load, just rings endlessly. This place is a joke
