Went there two days after inauguration. Lift got stuck and i was with my 2 year old.. took them 2-3 minutes to open it.. completely closed lifts.. There were only 3 eateries open and they had only 3 things available with them each. Said there was no gas connection sooo no tea, coffee, soft drink or anything.
Wait till the place is fully functional on 1st April

The Lift personnel are gracious, very helpful and can be counted on to lift your spirits with their smiles. You don't find this attitude everywhere. It's one of the reasons why I prefer to come here for my shopping everytime.

Seawood grant central is under control ed by seawood railways. Seawood railway station is located in under ground of this mall. In the ground floor have pay and park. Most of the shipping company s are located in this mall. Also have fleet management's training institute. It's on the west exit of the railway station.

I was genuinely surprised by its quality, in that it houses high class brand showrooms and has a food court that rivals any other that you may see in Mumbai. Also, the ease of access to transport is another smart addition. You can buy tickets to the local train station from within the mall complex with a connecting tunnel allowing you to reach the station directly and without hassle.

Visited here for a client meeting and was amazed by the scale of the place in the middle of Navi Mumbai. It is closest to the Seawoods Railway station - it is directly connected to the mall. You can find good places to chill and hold client meetings. It is a huge mall, so ready to cover a lot of ground on foot if you decide to go from one point to another.
An additional plus is that the map of the mall is available with turn by turn navigation on Google maps. So if you are an introvert like me you will find it useful.

This place is adjacent to seawoods railway station. Its quite big place with so many shops and brands some shops are yet to open. But very cool place to hang out with friends n family. Washrooms are very neat and clean. Food court is also one of the main attraction very spacious and you can get all the varieties of food. Parking space is also very big. overall it's very well managed mall.

One of the finest malls in Mumbai, or Navi Mumbai rather. Very good mix of brands and almost all the brands that you can think of has a shop here. The access is easy and convenient for people coming by road or train. Enough & more parking available in the mall basement. Food court has limited choice as of now as I believe they are not 100% occupied. Overall a well maintained and well managed mall which not just looks premium and spacious, but also offers a lot of choice for shopping to its visitors.
The ambience of this restuarant is very somber and relaxed. The food ordered was Prawn Sizzler and Grilled Chicken with lemon/coriander sauce. The food was nicely balanced with great flavours and accompanied with cocktail - Mojito and Mental Asylum. The second one was one of the best mixed ones we had as it had very unique taste and we had to order another one.
Service was very prompt with courteous waiters and the pinch in the pocket was within 1700. So it was a nice experience and will visit again in upcoming weeks.

Fabulous place. Great ambience and well kept. Magnificent structure and good collection of shopping choice . Food court is large expanse of seating facility and have good selection of eateries. I Got Nasi Goreng and mie Goreng as well. Easy 2 to 3 hours for window-shopping and eating out.

This place is MASSIVE. Best brands available in India have a store here. Its missing a kids entertainment zone and a multiplex but am sure they have it on the anvil. A couple of better eating options would make this the place to be for everybody's shopping / entertainment / dining requirement.
