Staff are extremely rude, response time none existent no prescene whatsoever in front of my shop. They suggested that a vehicle be present during closing as we close very late and they did so twice in 1 week and never again, we then proceeded to cancel our contract with them for the second time and find a reliable partner and Samuel responds to my partner in the most disrespectful manner. You should train your staff to have some sort of customer service as their attitude stinks, and if thats the manner in which you conduct your business and if Samuel is a reflection of Pro-Sec and its attitude towards your clients we choose to have no relation or partnership. Not the best when it comes to arriving at your place after your alarm goes off . I test them when i can and it takes them almost 20 minutes to get there .
