Called by the Director who pretended to be an admin support. Extremely unprofessional. Bad value for money.Poor selection process. Family run business focused on generating income rather than providing the high quality of service. They will issue you with a contract that is legally incorrect: - contract states you are a temporary worker getting paid via PAYE - same contract states that you are Self employed There is a clear difference in terms of employment law with regards of the employment status: you can be an employee, a worker, or self employed. They provide legally incorrect info deliberately to make you belive that you have no rights or protection in terms on employment law. Reviews on glassdoor are fake as they ask you to write them themselves. MD and the owner have a very limited knowledge when it comes to employment law. Who ever developed their contracts of employment didnt know law or more likely, have done it deliberately to falsely reduce liability.
Waste of time. They say they have job opportunities but when you ask to see the job specs they dance around it and avoid it completely. Bunch of time wasters.
Called me in the office on the pretence they had a few suitable jobs lined up. Ended up taking half day off and going to their office and the consultant seemed to be phishing out details of where I was already working and trying to get details of me. Not really interested in discussing the role which is why they called me in for. Never had any feedback/interest/follow up after I registered went in. Seemed to lack integrity and was thoroughly disappointed.
