We had a Bosch dishwasher installed. The preliminary conversations, site review helped ensure the install was done correctly. The location of the drain was corrected from the previous install. The gentlemen doing the install were nice guys and left our kitchen in perfect shape. The only reason I am giving 4 stars vs. 5 is the overall cost.
The crew delivered & installed a new fridge for my family. They were nice guys, very knowledgeable and professional. I am so happy to have found pro line and look forward to having them help us out with other appliance installs in the future. I definitely recommend Pro Line.
I used Pro Line Appliance to install a dishwasher I bought. Called them and they walked me through everything I needed to know. Joe was scheduled to come out to do the install and ended up calling to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come by early. That never happens to me! Joe brought all of his own tools and equipment to move the dishwasher into position without scratching our floors. He noticed that the old dishwasher had been installed a little odd and promised to take care of it and sure enough, the newly installed dishwasher is set in the space much better than I thought possible. He took the time to make everything look and work perfectly. Would absolutely hire Pro Line again for any future work.
My husband and I upgraded our kitchen appliances. We purchased a new cooktop, wall oven, steam oven, and warming drawer. Four technicians from pro line arrived promptly at our house at the designated time and got right to work. They dismantled the old appliances safely placed them in our garage for habitat to come pick up and then installed all the new appliances. They were polite, efficient, quiet, and very skilled. We were very impressed with the end result and with having them in our home for the day. I would highly recommend proline to anyone that needs repairs or installation!
We recently had a very inadequate install of a new dishwasher from someone else. Pro Line was very responsive when we reached out to them. In a short time Joe came out. He was very respectful of our space. He had to do several things in order for the dishwasher to be safe and secure within the cabinet as well as us being able to use it. He was very conscientious of aesthetics as well and made sure we were pleased with the placement and height. I love walking into my kitchen and feel so much better about using the dishwasher. Thank you Joe! I'd highly recommend this company!
Anthony was most knowledgeable with what was going on with my Miele and I had every confidence that he would get to the bottom of the problem. He was on time, polite and thorough. I hope to not need another repair, however , when I do I will call Pro Line again and ask for Anthony.
Ray and his assistance removed my old GE wall ovens and replaced them with a new KitchenAid wall oven. They were quick and efficient. No mess to be seen. They made it seem like it was a perfect fit! Definitely recommend them!
Pro-Line installed our new Blue Star Range and we are super pleased! The guys called ahead and were able to get here early. They were super friendly and did a great job navigating the appliances in and out of our home. They were willing to answer all of our questions on the new range and we really appreciated the friendly and professional service we received. After the guys installed it, Ray came to be sure everything was working properly. I would most definitely recommend them for an install job!

Pro Line Appliance has a Professional, thorough, expeditious, courteousness and pleasant staff! We are thrilled with the excellent quality job Pro Line provided when completing the custom installation of our new KitchenAid Ovens and Warming/SlowCooker drawer. The clean-up after the job was exceptionally thorough; over and above what would be expected! They also installed a new circuit breaker and kindly adjusted a gapped cabinet door duo and tightened all the handles on our 3 year old matching refrigeration when we mentioned the problems!
