First, this review is for the operation in Johnson City, TN owned by Anthony Carson.

On August 15, 2025 the company finished up a widow cleaning and pressure washing project at my residence. When I paid Anthony, I included $500 for multiple after fall gutter cleanings to save money. However, I later decided that it would be more prudent to pay after each cleaning. I requested that he return the prepayment. He agreed and promised to send me a check.

As of today, October 30, 2025, I have not received this refund. Over this 2 1/2 month period, 1) Anthony told me to my face, he would return the prepayment, 2) told me over the phone that I hadn't received it due to an oversight, and said he would take care of it, 3) later texted me that the check had been sent, 4) later texted me that he would call me on a certain date to check on the status (even stating he would put that scheduled call on his calendar so as not to forget), 5) I never received that call.

I have since accepted the fact that Anthony has no intention of returning my money, even thought it was never earned. My recommendation is, if you choose to do business with Anthony, pay only after the job is completed.
