Priority Honda has been our family dealership for many years. It was time to start looking for a vehicle for my daughter and there was only one dealership I knew would find the right car. I previously bought a car with the help of Anthony Malta. Hands down a very professional employee at Honda. I called him up and told him what I was looking for and at what payment price. He found me several options for my daughter, but in the end worked out a great deal on a 2020 Civic. Once again Anthony provided excellent service. Our experience with Bo was amazing! He helped us purchase an amazing vehicle that our family can grow into and we are so grateful to have done business with him. Our vehicle search started as a solo venture when I saw my vehicle on another lot where I first test drove it. To their misfortune, my intention of buying the vehicle wasn t taken seriously. I wanted time to consider and discuss with my husband, but I knew I wanted that SUV. To keep my options open, however, I went to Priority Honda where I met Bo. I informed him that I was just looking and couldn t make any decisions until my husband was able to be a part of the process. Bo completely respected my boundaries. I test drove another vehicle, but it was primarily to make sure I really wanted that other SUV. In the end, Bo treated my husband and I like royalty. When we were both present, he had my SUV on the lot ready for a second test drive because he wanted me to be sure. He was excited to meet us and was genuinely excited about the features in our vehicle! He gave us a tour of the dealership and all the amenities we could partake in once we became part of the family. Scotty G. Is the best salesperson in the whole entire world! I have never bought a vehicle in my life and been taken care of very well. I have had bad experiences thru life buying cars. But this man Scotty G is who I would recommend and will always go thru. He will treat you like family.
Each visit has been a great experience. This time I had the pleasure of working with your amazing Service Advisor, Donna Meeks. I had a long day at work and to top it off I ran over a nail on my way home causing a complete flat tire. I understand your service department was probably closing soon however, from the moment I called it was such a relief and I was able to drop off my car last minute. Donna was knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My insurance company is not the easiest to navigate but she handled the situation with ease and took care of everything for me. Donna s hospitality and customer service is rare to find (especially at closing time). I highly appreciate the experience I had. Afterward, I was also able to obtain a rental after they were supposed to close due to the other employee that waited on me to get there to get me squared away. Unfortunately, her name slipped from me and I wasn t able to locate it on my rental contract but I hope you can figure out who this individual was as she went above and beyond for me as well. Thank you for your time and I hope this review makes it where it s supposed to, both of these ladies deserve it.

The total experience was quick, informative, more than pleasant and rewarding. I don't know why I waited so long....oh yeah I do....because my other car buying experiences were way less than stellar.
