Good place to come at night . Enough sapce for parking

It is a place where you can work safely. The supervisors are respectful friendly people. They work in a family environment. They are all respectful and friendly. It is a pleasure for me to be part of this company.

1st off all the Hanover Park supervisor Art is clearly a rasist..
Too much favoritism..
And the company should check the cameras more often cause the lead and all the suppused upper management do come and drink on the job....
The employees that do work hard get disrespected and the employees who are too busy not working and watching other employees work so they can find any little thing to tell the supervisor so they can get brownie points( Manuel Silva) get well respected....
They treat there temps like slaves and have a hard time keeping people...
I am a college graduate .. I gave a 2 week notice that I was leaving because I got hired at Sony music..
The next day I was fired cause they felt some type of way but still gonna make 3 times more than a Prinova supervisor lol...
Was a pleasant experience at first till I seen there true colors....

I had to be on my best behavior because the shipping clerk was very rude to me.I felt like I had to be an employee or a Mexican in order to get along with him. The forklift operator was nice to me but he talked to the other employees too much and that's why it took so long to get loaded.

Prinova usa is a good company and Don/CEO is an amazing man but the HR Mananger Julie and some of the quality assurance department in carol stream Illinois USA do not like black people!!!! I know this because I am a victim of that. I am an African American man that was born and raised in Lagos nigeria with lots of years of experience as a quality assurance but I was fired on my fifth day which is today 04/03/2017 and I started on the 27th of last month/march 2017 at work because I requested an investigation on some issue/Accusations that some Spanish person complained about on me . I asked Julie the HR manager at prinova solutions the reason why I am being fired she replied and said am not a good fit for the job. But during the orientation and interviews she clearly stated that I was the best fit out of all other applicants which was the reason why I was hired. I have 10 years experience as a quality assurance tech in a food company/industry. So for her to say that am not a good fit sounds like we thought we hired a dumb Ass but he is not white so let's get him out of here since it's crystal clear there are no black quality assurance with great knowledge at prinova anyways. I am way to smart and amazing plus experienced for Julie and Joe the QA Mananger's liking so we gonna let you go, Anyways I saw lots of GMPs violations and I tried to help them but i immediately became a victim and a target. There are lots of Mexicans and white in that department and no blacks I was the only black but I guess they thought they was hiring a dumb black person but they were wrong so they felt like am going to take all their positions so they will rather let me go because of the employment at will act they have in place. Meaning they can fire anyone whenever they want to for no reason. But guess what it's there loss and I will follow up with these with my lawyer because they need to stop that act and treat everyone equally by LAW.
