The staff here was great to deal with. They were honest over the phone and delivered my new car several hours away to me. I would happily deal with them again and recommend them to anyone that asks. Charity was great to work with!

Larry Clark come through again with the deal I was looking for. I am very pleased with my car. I've had a couple of issues I believe are going to be fine. I hear a flapping (knocking? pinging?) sound under my car and have been told it is probably a flap in the turbo boost box that the wind will cause at faster speeds. The speed of the sale transaction was faster than expected and a friend pointed out immediately that the rear rotors are worn; that they and the brakes need replaced. Larry spoke with his GM and this is supposed to be taken care of. Hopefully, I will be as pleased with this Escape at least as long the previous. Thank you
I bought a used 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from Ramey Ford Princeton on February 3rd, 2020.
The vehicle turned out to be a lemon that could have potentially seriously injured or killed my wife and three little girls.
It was still under the factory 50,000 mile warranty.
The van went into the shop 3 days after I bought it and we waited 66 DAYS for it to be fixed the first time. The cylinder head had to be completely replaced and the parts were on backorder.
I was not offered or given a loaner vehicle until I complained a week later.
I was told multiple times that were parts were in, but when I called the actual dealership that was doing the repairs for Ramey Ford - they did not have the said parts and had no ETA on when they would receive them.
After being fixed for a second time, the van randomly stalled AND completely DIED two days ago (Sunday Sept 21st, 2020) (no motor, no power steering, no power brakes) while driving down 460 at 60 mph. It did this once before already in August.
Our 2 year old daughter was asleep in the backseat. I was barely able to limp the van off the side of the road before a tractor trailer blew by us.
I m terrified to let my wife drive it or even have the kids in the car. She just gave birth to our third little girl a couple months ago. How is she supposed to safely steer or stop a 4,000 lb minivan if it loses power after being fixed a third time?
Yesterday morning (Monday September 21st), I met with GM - David Sluss - in attempt to resolve the issue.
I went to ask them to take (buy back) the vehicle for what I paid them for it, plus the taxes and fees, and the repair expenses that I ve incurred since I ve owned it.
I thought that was a fair deal given all the trouble my family had been through with the van. And I mistakenly thought they wouldn t want to lose a customer.
My father and grandfather taught me that integrity is one of the most important things in life. And so I wanted to give them one final chance to set things right. They declined.
I was told by Mr. Sluss that: 1. they would not buy the vehicle back 2. my only option was to trade it in 3. that Ramey Ford didn t have to sell used cars with any warranty at all 4. the vehicle does not qualify for WV Lemon Law because: - I wasn t the first owner of the vehicle - It was a used vehicle - I did not purchase an extended warranty
I m not sure whether he s misinformed or I am, but I will be asking a lawyer about it.
Just before I left, I asked Mr. Sluss one final question Would you put your wife and kids in this vehicle?
His response? No I wouldn t. I would trade it in.
So he wouldn t put his family in a dangerous used car that his company sold, but he ll gladly put mine back in it unless I traded it in and bought another vehicle from them?
I refused to purchase another vehicle from them and walked out.
The minivan is currently sitting at Ramey Chrysler Dodge (which is a separate entity - not related to Ramey Ford) waiting on their service department to take a look.

I d expect to see this sort of bullying or we don t care behavior from a giant corporation like Walmart or Amazon.
But what hurts and makes me feel so wronged is that a LOCAL business treats a customer this way. We purchased from them multiple times and even recommended other friends and family members to buy vehicles there. We won t be back.
If we can t trust our local businesses to take care of people in their communities who can we trust?
If you re in the market for a vehicle, used or new, I recommend that you AVOID buying a vehicle from Ramey Ford Princeton and tell your friend or family to do the same.
In my experience, having bought two vehicles from them - STAY AWAY. They ll gladly do the deal and take your money. But if something goes wrong they refuse to stand behind what they sell. They ll shift the blame to the manufacturer, the dealership across the street, or even YOU for buying the car from THEM in the first place. They ll put their profits over the health and safety of your family.
I love the Car, performance, appearance, comfort all I need. Only item not working is the modem. Two visits so far and it still does not link with ford. I talked to ford factory service and they told me to take it to the dealer and they would walk them through the set up. I will do that as soon as possible.
Wonderful people and excellent service. Prices are the best around as well as the service getting done. Will get all of my, and other people I know, business from now on period.
Our experience is great. Great people to do business with. They tell you like it is and don't sugarcoat anything. Been dealing here for years. Brent is doing great job.
The employees in the showroom where not wearing mask and did not have consideration for there customers well being. They had signs for everyone else to have mask on but, they themselves did not or was asking other people to do so. Considering the counties Covid cases are out the roof and there hospital is overwhelmed with patience. I would had expected more out of them towards there customers! I had to give one star for this to post but, really they deserve none.
Once again, an easy painless experience. All of the staff was so helpful and friendly. Went way beyond others places I have visited. Grady is a wonderful salesman to do business with, no pressure and really interested in getting you in what you want, not what he wants to sell. LT in finance is so efficient and on top of things it is a pleasure to wait, and the wait is really short compared to others. I really have to say, if you need a vehicle, go see Ramey Ford in Princeton.
I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience at Ramey!! Every person that I dealt with through the process of buying my truck was amazing, efficient, friendly!! And my truck..... I can not tell you how in love I am with my truck!! I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Limited and it is my baby!! I love every bit of it!!! Low, low mileage, interior and exterior are like new! And all the bells and whistles that I could want!!
