My experience with the physical and occupational therapy team at Primrose Post-Acute in Inglewood was exceptional. They truly deserve a perfect score, easily surpassing a five-star rating. The care is highly personalized to meet each patient's specific needs. The therapists are fantastic professionals who collaborate seamlessly as a team to provide outstanding support. They effectively balance encouragement with the right challenges to help patients regain their function and confidence. I wholeheartedly recommend Primrose Post-Acute’s therapy department, both as a cohesive unit and for the individual specialists who care for you.

After three months at Primrose Post-Acute in Inglewood, I’m thrilled to head home. My stay was dedicated to skilled rehab, and the therapy team truly made the difference. Ricky was a standout; even from our first meeting, his reassurance that I was in safe hands put my mind at ease. I had been nervous about entering a SNF after my fall, but his support gave me the confidence to believe I could recover and return to independent living. I also want to highlight social worker Tamara, whose consistent communication and quick responses to my questions made me feel genuinely cared for and secure. Special thanks also go to nursing staff Mohammed and Denise, as well as dietary staff member Alberto, who were all wonderful. I’m so grateful to the entire Primrose team for their excellent care during my recovery.

It’s rare to find a skilled nursing facility that comes this close to perfection, but Primrose Post-Acute in Inglewood certainly does. The nursing staff was excellent, and they collaborated seamlessly with the therapy team to help me regain strength I didn’t think I had. When I first arrived, I could barely lift myself out of bed or take a step. I even doubted during conversations with my wife whether I’d ever be strong enough to return home. Looking back, I realize how much the small, consistent efforts of the therapists contributed to my recovery. Now, I can walk around the facility twice in a row without stopping. I’m thrilled to say I’ll be going home on my own two feet, fully restored. There were moments when I felt discouraged, but the team here pushed me through and essentially gave me my mobility back.
