Paid over $700 for mice treatment in a three-story townhouse with a “one-year warranty.” Mice were still in the house after 10 days. I called — they were polite and booked an appointment but didn’t show up. i called 4 times , they politly booked an appintment and did not show up.
I wasn’t asking for anything extra — just for them to honour their warranty and repeat the treatment The service has been completely unacceptable. Looks professional online, but in reality, complete .. Avoid.
