This could be a great agency to work for if they would just pay more attention and communicate more with their staff as well as be more effective and return calls.

I have worked with various travel companies and I have never had such an awesome recruiter til I worked with Prime Staffing NYC. Natalie A. changed my life with all the top notch job opportunities she s provided me with. She s professional and accommodating. I had a great experience with this company because of her.

I wish I could give less than one star. I worked for this company in April when the pandemic hit. I was cussed at on the phone by Scott who claimed he was consulting for this company. I never had an actual recruiter assigned to me. Nothing was explained. When I finally got in contact with a recruiter named Natalie while on my assignment, I was given conflicting information than what I was told before starting the assignment. I did not get paid what I was told. I now am trying to get in touch with this company about W2 information, and it is taking WEEKS to get ANY sort of response. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

My recruiter Natalie is the best recruiter I have ever had since I started working as a travel nurse for 8 yrs. She responds to both work phone and cell phone calls as well as Facebook messenger. She advocates for me at all time. I will pick her every day any time as my recruiter.

This company is full of WHITE COLLARED CRIMINALS! There's no support if you have an issue on any level! No one ever knows what's going on! They blow you off by telling you that they will "FIND OUT AND CALL YOU BACK!" before you know it weeks have gone by with no calls, emails or texts in response to your concern however, when they need impertinent info from you...the communication is endless!! It's been 2mnth & going nightmare. Disrespectful, unethical. STAY AWAY!!

Natalie is the best recruiter ever! She works around the clock and I always know that she is literally just a text away. On top of being so responsive, she also has gotten me amazing contracts even in times when there s not as many to go around. I appreciate her hard work and couldn t recommend her any more!

I love this company and my recruiter, Natalie! This is my first travel assignment and she has made the process so smooth and easy! The housing they provide is awesome! Natalie has been so helpful and understanding- and just easy to talk to.. she feels more like a friend than recruiter. Yesterday, I needed to update my resume and don t have a computer, she offered to do it for me! She has literally done every thing I have ever asked her to do! I m sooooo glad I went with prime and Natalie! She has made this experience the absolute best!!
