NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!

I purchased a certified 911C4s from champion Porsche in Pomano beach Fl. Had a little squeak in breaks after about two weeks, brought the vehicle to Porsche Westwood they told me my breaks were 80% gone in the rear and need new rotors and pads $2400.00 . To my surprise I called champion Porsche they were adamant that there certified readings were correct at 5mm rear and 7 mm front however still offered to pay for the break pads . So feeling I was being taken advantage of by someone I made another appointment with Porsche Norwell for same complaints breaks squeaking to find out who was telling me the truth although I had an idea because I love this vehicle! Not to my surprise the rear break pads are at 5mm and fronts at 7mm same readings as champion Porsche in Florida !!!!!
I call 3 days in a row leaving messages to absolutely no reply so today after picking my wife s Q8 up at prime Audi I decided to stop in and ask how this could happened, I walk in to a big meeting with the suits 9:30am 10/17/2020 ask all sitting there how this could of happened? They replied one minute sir , then a Mike service manager came right over to help me and apologize just then a very rude person in same meeting came and rudely interrupted and asked if I had a mask so I replied yes it s right here next to my constitution and bill of rights and said have a nice day !!!!!

Again NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE OR ANYTHING ELSE!!!!!!

Excellent experience. Great help from John providing all the info needed to purchase a car with little stress reaching a fair price. We had dinner our homework and they responded immediately with a fair offer. Very happy with the process and outcome.

My niece bought a car from them and asked if it had remote starter, she was told it didn t have one but to have it installed it would cost $500.00,for the year and make of car it was standard equipment, she didn t agree to it and was going to have it installed elsewhere..... sales should take the second to look at what comes with each vehicle before trying to scam more money. Be aware and do your homework to knowledge yourself before buying a car from here

Always given respect as a woman shopper. Salesmen friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.
I wish they had more brochures out on the floor area for every car there. They let me take a car time to try it out. They are not high pressure salesmen, more like your friend trying to help you choose. The car maintenance workers are efficient and glad to answer questions. Coffee and tea and fresh donuts while waiting, including glazed!
Comfortable lounging chairs await you, newspapers, magazines, cafe tables to eat at.
Internet service while you wait, too.

Awful customer service. Very rude. This is a last place to go if you want to sell a car.

I went to Prime to purchase the car twice and both time they screwed up. They made me filled out the application to run my credit and taking my credit card for a deposit and later the sales manager email me and said the car had sold. They don't seem to care how much time you spent to look for car and time that you wasted at their dealer ship. This is my second time and will be my last time there with any Primes location. I am posting this to make people aware of what going on there. Hopefully this will help other people not to go there bc they going to screw you up as well. I have to go with 1 star bc there is no other option. I like to go with 0 but cant.

Prime Hyundai of Rockland closed without notifying any customers. I had 3 free oil changes which were never honored by them. They said they were a Hyundai promotion then in fact they were a Prime promotion. I even called Hyundai customer service to verify this. I will never go to a Prime dealership to buy it service a vehicle.

The main sales manager at this place should really reconsider on how he treats his customers. We drove almost 2-hours to check out his shop and we were greeted with a very negative and cold attitude. They offer no wiggle room, no negotiation on pricing, and we will never go back there again. If you are looking for a terrible buying experience... go here!
