I emailed this company three times to get a quote and have yet to receive a response. Horrible customer service. No follow-up or follow-through. Will look to do business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.
Worst customer service experience I have ever had in 30 years...
They have zero interest in selling replacement parts for the conveyor they build... I was instructed to only send request for parts by email. 4 days later I follow up and they very bluntly tell me that they have no interest in selling parts because of the hassle it takes to set up a new customer.
