I recently completed a VA mortgage refinancing with Prime Choice Funding. It ended up being a great experience.
I shopped around to find the best deal that I could. Prime Choice and another company were giving me fairly similar packages, but the other company had lower fees. I decided to go with them.
About a week into the process, red flags started going up in that different people were giving me different numbers for the closing costs. When I tried to get clarification, then it became difficult to get a hold of anyone to help. This made me nervous. What if something more serious occurs and I can't get anyone to help me???
So, I decided to go back to Prime Choice. Even though more than a week had passed and interests rates had gone up, they were still willing to honor the initial quote they gave me. They were prompt with responses to my questions and had a package ready very quickly. They kept me regularly informed along the way in the process and we closed a few days ago without one single problem!
I was very pleased with my whole Prime Choice Funding experience. Jessica, Aaron, and Michelle were great. I will definitely go to them first in the future if I need another mortgage.

I was working the whole process with Adam Cox and team. Adam is very proactive and has customer focus oriented. He always respond to my inquiries within 24 hours and had the answers and solutions. He was also effectively advocating for me to get some of fees waived or even late fee coverage. I could not thank you enough to his best in class of service that he provided to me and my family. I highly recommended him!! Finally, the prime choice funding loan process is pretty straight forward as long as you have the required document ready for them. The approval process may take longer which is understandable. Overall the loan process is seamless and efficient!
Recently closed on a standard refinance with Robert and Lorenzo, and it was a great experience. I did not make it easy for them, as I had a very competitive situation with several competing bids, and they were very quick to respond, helpful and ultimately gave me the best rate. Got to the point where the other lender told me they couldn't match the rate/terms/etc and that I should go with Prime Choice (always a funny thing when a company tells you to go with another company)

It was clear that they cared about how we were doing, and they answered our questions thoroughly and quickly. Robert checked in weekly via text to see if we had any questions as we went through the process and was so easy to talk to and Lorenzo kept the ball moving, which was key!
