Went to the emergency room tonight for my cut thumb and was very well taken care of by Dr. Mazza and a nurse named Kendra. Dr.Mazza did an excellent job cleaning my cut and putting stitches in and Kendra was wonderful at wrapping my thumb and making sure my blood pressure had went down. I was very happy with the way I was treated!!!

There is a new hospital in Kingwood, WV under the Mon Health care system. A new building with QUALIFIED medical personnel gives the community a vote of confidence. When I needed to go to the (new) hospital, I am honestly glad Kingwood, WV has a decent hospital for me to go to.

People call this hospital a joke. I disagree. They saved my dads life after being given medicine for an infection he didn't even have from another clinic. He had a reaction to the medicine. Was taken by ambulance to the ER and was told he didn't have an infection. Thank you PMH.

I have had to use the ER twice. Both times everyone has been very attentive and caring.

Took my son to the ER for stitches in his finger.. have currently been waiting for over 3 hours. Had I known this, we could have drove to Pittsburgh and been on our way home by now. Still haven t been seen for the actual stitches. The numbing cream they put on him 3 hours ago has probably worn off as well. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Had to go to this location for pre employment drug screen. Even though seemingly understaffed at the time, I found the process to be very fast. Staff was very helpful and even gave me a few extra minutes in checking my blood pressure and answering some questions about a new medication prescribed to me. Thanks for the great service.

ER staff was very rude and unprofessional. They lie about what treatment was given. Just don't go there, drive the extra miles if you can for better care because the convenience is not worth the treatment you receive.
