Regardless of what Bryan Tres has said below, Press One has done a fantastic job at handling the issue, and new training method pushed upon them by Covid. The trainer Paula Reynolds has done a wonderful job working with new employees to help them succeed in the company despite of the challenges communicating through Zoom with so many different agenda from different cities and states. Regardless of one hard headed, unprofessional, inexperienced opinion of Mr Tres, who I would love to see attempt the amazing job Paula has done, this company deserves 5/5 stars.

I worked at this company. My supervisors were respectable as was the owner, However my last day there their were around 5 Of Us working on a specific campaign on a Sunday which was busiest for newspapers. I couldn't even take a sip of coffee because all others from my campaign were away in a corner laughing while I worked furiously to manage the calls by myself in my queue. Remind you, the boss of the call center sat nonchalant knowingly. I actually take pride in my work and providing great customer service so I was in awe after seeing the operations for a few days. Also, training was the worst class I Have ever been in and most likely will ever be.

Eight people hired on. Training class started Tuesday. Quite possibly the worst and most unprofessional training ever. Instructor was unprepared and didn't seem to want to be there. She was just going through the motions and not explaining anything. Would talk down to you and be rude if you ask questions, the instructor had to be called twice by management In the middle of the zoom class because people were complaining. By Friday there was only three people left.

The reason for this is if you contacted management to ask or complain about having problems you were just told to "clock out and that it wasn't going to work out But thank you for your time"

Press-One has always been a great place to work and has treated me very well over the years. The new facility is beautiful and state of the art. The management team does a great job working with employees and the pay scale has always been more then fair.

The owner of this establishment requested I edit my previous review so that prospective clients do not see how poorly this company is ran. Press one is a job with flexible scheduling. Management is biased, unorganized, and rude. Yes I am a disgruntled previous employee, however I am not a liar and recommend to take your business or job search elsewhere unless being mistreated is what you'd prefer. Current employees whom have been previously convicted of fraud are handling bank account information with the customers. Just a couple pieces of information that this is not a reputable place to do business.

I just started working here. Training was about a week and once we got on the floor I found management and staff very happy to help. I have found coworkers to be friendly and most are very happy to be here. One gal was very happy to be back. Shifts are early, so most of the afternoon can be free. It does require at least one weekend day for a few hours but all-in-all a nice place to work!

I have worked for Press-One Customer Care since 2010. Everyone here is very helpful and willing to assist in any way possible. Press-One provides a Peanut Butter & Jelly station and Keurig Coffee machines in the break/lunch room, just in case you need something to get you through the day. They work with you on your schedule to be sure it works both for the employee and the employer. Great place to work!

I do not recommend working here. The training is poor, the management is sexually harrassing, and your wage is threatened. You can be placed on minimum wage instead of the promised $12 at will. I hope the facility improves.

I've worked at Press-One for a little over two years now, and it has been the most consistent job-shift wise that I've had. They're really great about scheduling and worked with me and my ever changing college course schedule. Definitely a great job for anyone that's college aged and looking for a part to full time job.

I have worked for Press-One since January of 2011. Press-one is an amazing place to work! You have the flexibility to work around your personal schedule, to grow withing the company and to meet some wonderful people, both employees and customers! Also, the owner of the company provides food for employees who need it, coffee machines to keep you going, and is always willing to lend a hand to those who need it. I would recommend this call center to anyone seeking a fun yet productive place to work, and to any company that needs our services as Press-One is very skilled in satisfying all customer service needs.

I have been working for Press-One for 5 years I had family matters to attend to, and they were able to accommodate a short hiatus, with job security during my absence. Press-One helps me support my family and makes me feel like family while at work.
