Fraudulent Behavior
My daughter scheduled time with one of the tutors and canceled a week before services were rendered and canceled directly with the company. They charged her the full amount and continue to charge her for services not rendered. When she contacted the tutor directly, he never responded. She also contacted the company directly and they keep giving her the run around about getting her money back. As a teacher of 20 years and business owner, this is fraudulent behavior and the company should be held accountable for stealing money.
