We used Premium Refreshments in our office in Little Rock. Erica and Dana (customer service) have been GREAT to work with! Very kind and accommodating! The delivery guys are also prompt and friendly. We re moving offices and will no longer need the service, but I would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone!

there is this young black driver who has an attitude when he delivers the water and never greets us. He is very rude. Several times he did not show up when he was supposed to and making excuses.

Don t spend money with them. They cheat ppl and overcharge customers by forcing water on them. The manager Casey is a liar and thief!

This company is completely irresponsible and poorly managed. Destroyed my lawn and driveway with their delivery truck rutting up my yard next the the driveway, then refused to repair the ruts, stopped answering the phone and then had the nerve via a Dan or Don Smith who saw the damage and boldly thought it was no big deal. If you want irresponsibility this is it!

We buy water from Premium Refreshment for our business and love it. They deliver both small bottles of water that we give out and large water dispensers that our employees enjoy. Great service and water!
