I've been to this place a few times and the massage and physic were pretty good. I called again recently to go back and the guy told me they literally had no appointments, so I asked for the next available one and he said he had no dates and times. He then said he would call me and let me know when something came up but haven't heard back. Hmmmm

The Clinical Director and his staff of sport injury therapy provides the most quality service; highly recommended. I have been going for treatment and feel that my injury has gotten better, I can feel the improvement during my workout, my daily activities and at work, great therapy.

Woke up with a neck pain after sleeping in a weird position. Called to book a massage, but was advised to give physiotherapy or osteopathy a try since they will do a thorough assessment and a treatment. Turns out my neck pain was due to a postural issue, the therapist did a great job pointing things out and the treatment was great. Felt limber after the session and the ache was gone.

Premium Health Solutions is my go to place. The staff are professional and very helpful!! They really took the time to help me out and I am so grateful for them. Thank you.

Very poor client experience.

Unfortunately was never treated but attempted to go to two scheduled appointments. Only to find out that someone did not schedule my first appointment. Then arrived for my second appointment a week later, waited 30 minutes to be told I couldn t be treated due to my insurance provider not issuing paperwork even after insisting I would pay out of pocket.

Extremely disappointing, would not recommend for anyone to be treated this way.

Amazing results! I'm an auto mechanic with many lower back and shoulder issues. Over the last ten years I have visited many clinics throughout the GTA with little to no results. After only a few visits, Paul and his team helped me more then years of wasted treatments at other clinics. The difference is they work hands on and work towards improving mobility. Manually breaking up scar tissue and working stiff joints. They don't just hook you to a machine and walk out of the room. It's clear to see they care to help you get better and improve quality of life. Thank you to all the staff at Premium Health Solutions!

I suffered a complete rupture of my Achilles tendon in March and went to Premium Health after 8 weeks in a cast. It was my first major injury and I didn't really know what to expect rehab-wise. From my first phone call with Paul, I could tell from the questions he was asking that I would probably be in good hands. On my first visit, the team already had a plan, which they went over with me. I knew it would be a long road and they got to work right away. The therapy was 100% hands on with instant feedback between patient and therapist. Following a setback, the team re-assessed and came up with a new plan to minimize the number of weeks the setback would cost me. The injury had a profound impact on my life and I could not be more grateful to these guys for getting me back on my feet. While I hope to never suffer another injury that would require therapy, I know that if I do, I'll be going back to Premium Health.

All the staff have helped me so much!! They are very friendly and very informed! They have helped my issues and I always recommend them to all my friends that need their help :) Great team of people that really care about their patients

This clinic is amazing! I came in for physio/sports/massage therapy for my knees. The day I got there I could barely walk because my knee was so swollen. After only one 1-hour session, I had already felt better and my walk home was much easier! A few weeks and treatments later my knee is amazing and I feel like I'm back to normal, the therapists here are LIFE SAVERS! I've had knee problems my whole life and have never had this type of manual treatment that helped so quickly. I recommend this clinic to everyone!!

I'm extremely happy with the treatments from this clinic. The owner, Paul is very hands on and passionate with what he does. Before coming here, I've always thought therapy meant being placed onto a machine while the Therapist plays with his/her phone; afterwards, I would get a 10-15 minute hands-on work and pay for 1 hour sessions. At Premium Health Solutions, the whole session is hands-on. The therapist is very knowledgeable and showed me where my issue lied, which I never had before. My hunchback was developed from many years of extensive computer work is now so much better after treatments at this clinic. I look more confident and best of all, I have great posture now.

The above was written a couple years back. I still go to Premium Health Solutions and still very happy with the service. I must say my posture is much better and now I look like I have lost weight...most important, I am almost pain-free.

I gotta say, I am very happy that I kinked my neck severely in the shower one day and desperately needed help. This is probably would have been the only way I would have found Premium Health Solutions.

Upon my first assessment, the staff helped me realize that my neck issue was just the tip of the iceberg and that my posture was to blame. My nagging shoulders had been trying to tell me this for years.

I was so discouraged, I didn't think I could be helped because the chiropractor I had been seeing for 3 years wasn't helping.. But my physiotherapist knew what he was doing. He was diligent and made sure I stayed on top of my exercises and I am now pain free and my neck hasnt given me problems. I CAN NOT believe that I am pain free! It took a lot of time and strengthening but I am back to my old self again.

They really know what they are doing there and I am forever greatful!

Paul is fantastic. I've been treated there twice -- once for back problems and once for a shoulder injury. Each time, he was kind, understanding, patient and thorough in their explanations.

All of that is nice, but here's what really matters: I got results.

I've seen several therapists in the past , but no one can equate themselves to Paul and his ability to turn an accident a pain and a nuisance to a resolution

Paul is an amazing diagnostician. After getting knocked out of a hockey game with an injury, I saw a friendly-but-rushed urgent care doc, a useless GP ("take some ibuprofen") and a kind, empathetic orthopedic specialist. A few hours of doctor visits later, I had onlt a vague idea of what was wrong with me.

None of these MDs could hold a candle to Paul Greco. Paul didn't hesitate. In minutes, he was able to determine the nature and severity of the injury.

Over the course of six weeks, my shoulder recovered and I was able to return to playing hockey, with complete confidence and zero hesitation...

I went there and it didn't really resolve my issues and I felt like they just kept wanting me back for my money .

I got into a car accident about 1 year ago and was in so much pain that I couldn t sleep well day after day. I had whiplash, a pinched nerve in my neck as well as sciatica. I found their osteopath (Ras) very knowledgeable and skilled to help decompress the nerves . I also tend to need very hard massages and he was able to accommodate. Paul the owner and office manager is awesome to be around. Very funny and sends reminders to you the day before the appointment so that there are no hiccups. Thank you guys!

Paul is great at scheduling me when it is convenient with my changing schedules, and treatment has been very helpful!

After my first pregnancy (16 months ago) my body did not feel the same. When you combine recovering from a c-section, constantly holding a growing baby, carrying a car seat and all the bending and lifting, it all lead to pain in my shoulder's, neck and pain in my lower back. I saw a few other physio therapists and was not satisfied, I left each time feeling the same pain as they did not target the area's that needed to be treated. I found Paul and he has been treating me for the past few months and what a difference! When I described to Paul the pain I was feeling, he finished my sentence and knew exactly what I was talking about. Each time I leave the clinic, I no longer feel any pain and that feeling stays consistant. I feel much stronger and no longer in pain. Paul know's exactly what he is doing and he is a highly skilled physio therapist. Paul is also very personable and has been accomadating to my crazy working-mother schedual. I have been going here for the last little while and i have never felt better, these people listen to you and work for you to insure you get the best treatment. Not only are they fair they insure you come and leave there place with satisfaction! Just contact Paul..

The gal that gives physio therpy is amazing. That is the only reason this review has any stars. Downfall is the owner? Manager? He obviously is not looking for out for the long term care for clients and just sees them as $$$.

He is very pushy, if you do try out this clinic just dont listen to Paul. He has little knowledge on treatment plans. I dont even think he has a degree in physiotherapy. He tried to get me in to appointments 3 days in a row. I questioned it and he said nahhh you can do this. I put my trust in him and was given a migraine for a week and half to follow. Every other physiotherapist has told me never do back to back. You need time to recover.

I bike a lot especially during the summer, which often leads to pain in my inner thighs. The therapist was great at pointing out the primary issue and the treatment felt good, hoping to go back to cycling soon.

It all started last winter. It was one of these winters that would never end, causing depression and making everyone miserable. I was one of those people- waiting for summer and always in a bad mood due to the gloom and back pain with no end in sight! I thought I was doomed, it seemed like my suffering would go on forever!

And then I was lucky enough to visit Premium Health Solutions- excellent friendly staff.

Overly priced and not focused on your recovery - but rather how they maximize their usage of your insurance benefits in a very pushy manner. I went there for a while after a car accident and got no results; I then switched to another physio clinic in the area and started seeing results immediately. Highly discourage anyone from going here.

I came in with a knee injury a few weeks ago, and was very impressed with the results that followed up after the treatments I received. Paul the clinic director is a very enthusiastic and passionate person, and helped me understand the different aspects of my injury. The therapist working on me was very knowledgeable and focused on the injured site and the surrounding regions. I have recovered a lot and am able to resume my daily workout sessions.

Would highly recommend them, if you have injuries or suffering from pain, definitely give them a try.

I used to get constant headaches and suffered from stiff neck. Was looking for some relief, walked by the clinic and decided to walk in, the owner was very helpful and told me about the different types of therapy they offer. I had a very thorough assessment and a great treatment. I haven't felt relief like that in ages lol. They use a lot of manual techniques, rather than relying on machines. My headaches are gone and I rarely get stiffness, but still continue going for occasional treatments.

Following a bike accident a couple years ago, this was the first and only sports physio therapy I have gone to. During the accident I fractured my wrist, and my back was in spasm, and without Paul and his staff, I am unsure I would ve gotten the same or better mobility back like I did. Fast forward two years, Paul was the first one I called when I began having issues during training for a half marathon trail race. The staff at Premium health are extremely accommodating with scheduling appointments (especially if you are like me and tend to schedule last minute), and they always ensure you are in and out on time.

Had an injury at the gym while deadlifting, wanted to get it checked out by a professional. Called and was booked in for an appointment. Therapist was very knowledgable and helped me understand the root of my injury and steps I need to take to get better. Have been here for regular treatments (physio and osteo), both were great and has helped me get better. My pain and discomfort has reduced.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They worked on my knee injury and recently went back when I had back problems, both times cured me in short order, getting me back to my normal self. Rates where compatible to other places I checked in the area. However it's the service that does it for me.

I usually let injuries heal itself, but after hurting my knee at the gym decided to give therapy a try. These guys are amazing, explained the main root of my pain, and the session was amazing, very hands on. I felt great relief on my knee, hamstrings, calves and quads. Their approach to treatments are very effective.

This is THE place to go for physio!!! I am a club night bartender and have had chronic pain in my upper back/shoulders/neck for 5 years with chronic headaches. I have relied on massage therapy and tried chiropractic services to relieve my pains and only found temporary solutions- until coming to PHS.
After doing a series of physio appointments with Rasif and taking his stretches home with me, they have DISAPPEARED. After years of suffering, I am SO happy to be rid of these demons. It has been nearly a year since my first appointment with Rasif, and on top of him being a lovely and charismatic man, he also possesses the magic touch to heal.

These guys do amazing work! Extremely flexible with scheduling and very knowledegable. I started using them after my knee surgery (ACL) and since then continued whenever I have any issues whether from playing sports or back pains from a bad work set up. I have used their phisio, massage therapist and naturopath and all three were great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

Friendly and attentive staff. Had the worst case of foot pain, they helped relieve the pain I felt during walking and standing. Also was able to fit me in last minute, which was super helpful.

Been going here for a while, with various injuries of the knee, hip, foot and back. They do a great job with their treatments, and the therapists that work here are great. Give them a go if you are injured or in pain

Very knowledgable and friendly staff, with a great location. The physiotherapists are flexible in terms of scheduling and were able to quickly find the root cause of my pain, provide effective treatment onsite, and create a training program for me to do on my own.

A schedule is something this business has never heard of.

Constant changing of appointments via text messaging and there always seemed to have a scheduling conflict . Hungry for benefit money is an understatement for this business.
