Amy Hobbing is indeed the best! She has demonstrated the best knowledge in the business. Every curve ball thrown our way, she had an answer for and made the process so much smoother. More importantly, it felt like she cared for us on a personal level! She went out of her way to be there for us at the loan signing, and even ran an errand for us at the end to expedite the process. Thanks Amy for everything! If we ever find ourselves buying a new house in the future, we would definitely work with her again!! No question!

I was on the fence for a while but I am glad I made the call and got things done quickly and painlessly.
About a year ago, I used PMR to purchase my first ever home, and I was absolutely blown away. I was really nervous about the entire process, but was so happily surprised with how smooth, quick, and friendly they were. The approval process was quick and painless, and it was that way until the end. They allowed me to focus on finding the perfect home, all while not having to stress about what was going on behind the scenes. I was so impressed on how they took care of me as a customer that I applied for a position with their company only a few months after we closed. I now work from home in my dream home for a company that treated me like family from the start.
We were trying to do a recast of our loan because we bought a new home before selling our old one. We were never given clear information about that process, so when I called the customer service line I was first told that all we needed to do was let them know how much we wanted to pay down, we would receive a letter and the process would begin. After hearing nothing for several weeks I called back and was told that the reason it didn t move forward was because they didn t have a record of the filing of the mortgage. I called our county records office and within five minutes I had a copy of that and sent it in. I never heard back from that customer service person.
After several attempts to get a hold of someone to find out what was going on, we were told that we had to wait 90 days to start a recast even though there is nothing on their website or in the paperwork that says that that is true. We waited 90 days and I called in and was told that I had to wait one year before we were able to re-cast, at which point I had had enough. I asked to talk to the manager and was never called back by anyone. My husband posted a negative Google review and contacted the Managing Director on Linked-in. That finally got some attention but instead of having someone from the recast/loan servicing department contact us, they put it on the shoulders of our loan origination person, who actually was the only one in this company with any customer service ability. They had our loan origination person offer to waive the $300 recast fee if we would take down our negative Google review. We decided not to do that because this is months of our lives of terrible customer service, and then their attempt to resolve the issue was to kick it to someone else who was not responsible. No senior management person ever contacted us to apologize, to attempt to resolve or to do a pretty simple process of re-casting a mortgage after the sale of our other home. The worst part is that every time I called customer service I talked to some low level person who gave me a different story, and then when I asked to speak to their manager I was told that the manager was not available. Sometimes I would get a call back after 48 hours but if I was unavailable to answer the phone then that process would start all over again. It was infuriating to say the least.
After 5 months we finally received a recast letter that did not have the right amount that we wanted to pay down despite us providing that information multiple times and did not waive the fee. The letter said we had to return the offer within 24 hours. I think there was a customer service number for me to call if the terms were not correct but please see my previous experience with that.
That was it for us. We are at a stage in our lives where we have a plan for retiring. Downsizing our home and having a smaller mortgage to pay off are key parts of that plan. Premier Mortgage doesn t care about any of that, once they had our money customer service ended for them. We are moving our mortgage to a local bank. Do not trust Premier with one of your largest personal investments, they are terrible.
My husband and I did 2 purchase transactions with Premier and they would great to work with. Their loan officer team and processor took care of everything. We were able to do everything securely online which was so convenient for our schedules. We will definitely use them again for any further transactions and refer our family and friends.
I have been with this Company many many many years and everyday this Company surprises me on how SPECTACULAR this well oiled machine moves and closes loans. The Customer experience is exceptional and i know i am biased as i work here (i speak from experience as i have closed loans with them too, along with Family, Friends and many many referrals)!

We have used Mandi's Team to both purchase our home and refinance it. The experience was great and uneventful. We refinanced our home in the middle of COVID and we were able to do everything via electronic signatures and communication. The team was always readily available to answer many of the questions that we had and usually had no problem getting back to us quickly with answers.
