I was once employed by this company Store in Forest Park Georgia. And I cannot recommend anyone to eat, or work in this store or any store affiliated with this company. My time working there was a complete and utter nightmare. The whole store is filthy. Nobody has experience, managers are always fighting instead of working together to secure a common objective
Horrible staff, horrible managers. The General Manager Sheata Thompson is very unprofessional and very unsanitary. I watched her scratch her nasty balding weave with gloves on and go touch a sandwich. Disgusting. She is the worst g.m that has ever ran that store hence their low score. She fails to take responsibility for her store and her failures and continues to destroy professionalism with her attitude, her irresponsibility, and the fact that her own son despises her. She attempts to get people she doesn t like fired while she sells illegal drugs to her employees for labor and money. The Area Director Crystal Jones-Peck is very unprofessional and has no experience running stores at all, hence her failure to do her job efficiently and professionally. She fails to hold her general managers accountable and attempts to speak to people as though they are inferior to her even though she has no experience in basic management. She physically assaulted me with a scraper and became upset when I reported her to Human Resources. She created a bluff and tried to make it seem as thought the V.P of the region was going to fire me for reporting her. The assistant manager Tiajuana Compton is also very unprofessional and unsanitary like her best friend Sheata. She has no experience in anything she does and earns her advancements by brown nosing to Sheata and attempting to sabotage her coworkers jobs in order to secure her own. Instead of learning how to run a shift, she brags to her coworkers about how she cheats on her boyfriend who she has kids with. Dirty stores, ratchet staff, nasty unclean areas, roaches everywhere, misssing money, long waits, lengthy complaints, food never fresh, food on the floor, Pathetic. Corporate please come take this store back. This store gives burger king a bad name.

I wouldn t dare recommend this to anyone. My paycheck was messed up by the Area Director and home office (Premier Kings) Jessica told me not only do I not have a check but I have to wait another 2 weeks before I m paid. Do not work for these people!!!!!

For Memorial wkend. The flag on Hwy 31 in Calera is not a half staff! This is a slap in the face for the soldiers that died for our freedom. Either put it a half staff or take the flag down!

Horrible place to work for. Doesn't care about employees being harassed.

I am not sure if I have the correct company or not but I am hoping that I do. I was in the Burger King in Ozark, AL store number 7329 on Saturday 12/3/2016 at between 3-3:30 pm. I ordered the 2 Whopper combos for $10, 10 piece chicken nugget, small fry, and a medium fry. I got to the window AFTER they pulled the car in front of me thinking that my order was ready I was excited. WELL I sat at the window for 5 minutes if not longer and mind you there were 3 managers there at the time. Finally they took my money and then after about a minute or two gave me the food. But I was given my drinks as soon as I drove up to the window. Sat there finally got my food the cashier said thank you and started to close the window immediately and I had to catch her to get straws, ketchup, and mayo. I pull off get to my mother's house which is only about a 2 minutes from the store. I start getting the food out for my parents and the fries are ice cold, my mother said her whopper was cold, my son's nuggets were ice cold AND old. My dad asked if we had said that our food was cold and when we said yes he said his was ice cold as well. So, every single thing we had ordered was ice cold then to top it off we didn't have ANY napkins. I called the store several times and couldn't reach anyone. Then I proceeded to call every surrounding store and not even the first one answered the phone. My parents had to eat because they are diabetics and my dad just got out of the hospital. So, on my way home I stopped back by the store and told the manager what happened after standing there at the register for almost 5 minutes waiting on her to notice me there. She has no name tag and her shirt wasn't tucked in and she just did not present herself very professional. I was asked for a reciept that I never recieved and when I told her I wasn't given a reciept I was told that the only thing she could do was replace the food because without a reciept she couldn't do any refunds or anything and she couldn't reprint a reciept because they were out of register paper. My son didn't even eat his fries and nuggets because they were so bad. This is the first time in about 7 or 8 months that I have gone back to this store because of this very problem. I would like a refund and I would like a phone number or a call from a district Manager or higher to discuss the resolution to this complaint. I wasn't going to rate at all but had no choice but to rate so I rated a 1.star. I will be calling the company office on Monday to speak with someone to get a refund.

Company obviously does not care. Called and called trying to report one of their general managers for harrassing 16 yr old girls. They wouldn't take the time to return a phone call. I will not eat at another Burger King that has their name on it.

Ordered food from burger King they wait 1/2 hour after I ordered to let me know they couldn't fill the order, that should have been done when it was ordered not a 1/2 later no wonder burger King is going down with service like this so sad.
