I wish I could give 0 stars this agency is horrible and I'm going to get my lawyer involved because they are so rude and don't care about being rude never communicate or pay you on time my mother has been with them for a year and it was horrible in fact I'm calling the news as well because this company needs to be shut down and everyone needs to be aware of this agency and how bad it is

Absolutely not a place you would want to work! If you d like to do volunteer work, then this is your place!
I ve been working with this company as a (HHA)
for more than 4 months now, and I have not one good thing to say about them. I ve worked for so long without getting my paycheck that at this point it seems like I m a volunteer. DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY! RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS YOU CAN. They ll tell you everything you want to hear, but when it comes Down to the real business they re very unprofessional. I haven t gotten paid, all they talk about are time sheets, but when you actually do the time sheets, you still won t get paid. It s an absolute waste of time. Please do not waste your time with this company. You can do better. If you want to do volunteer work, then this is the place for you! But if you re looking to get paid, I say run as far away from this company as you can because they ll do anything BUT PAY YOU! They ll give you the run arounds and unfortunately you still won t get paid. Horrible.

Worse Health care agency. They were always giving me excuses why they couldn't fine a home attendant to help me. And when I had a home attendant when she couldn't come in the coordinator Jose Figueroa he would never call me to tell me that my home attendant was not coming no replacement and no calls. I was the one who always had to call them. I had total hip replacement he called me to tell me he had a home attendant. Then he calls me in the afternoon after they had discharged me to tell me he couldn't fine a home attendant and I was alone without someone to help me. I got tired of their treatment of me and switch agencies.

They dont love to pay people, always telling you to submit timesheets when you do they dont put it in the computer, the black lady at the front desk at the corporate office in Brooklyn is very rude, always shouting and cutting up her eyes like if you're begging her something. No manners.
