I was really nervous about chiropractic medicine initially..However, from my first visit, my fears diminished because of the genuine care and concern from the entire staff. It didn't hurt at all !! Even from one adjustment my range of motion has increase dramatically! Looking forward to continuing my treatments and working with Dr. T and crew.
This place is amazing. The doctors and staff are fantastic. I came here consistently for a year for lower back pain and spasms and they fixed it. I stopped going after awhile because I moved. I live an hour away and come here whenever my back is hurting and each time is a better and better experience. Thank you!
Great place! They always help me even if I'm in last minute or I'm late. The staff is kind and friendly. It's in an easy to get location for both Prescott and Prescott valley. And anywhere else in the quad City area.

I had dealt with complications from a Motorcycle accident that occurred over 25 yrs. ago. Over the course of several months Precision Spinal Care has eliminated my neck pain completely. I was skeptical that my pain would ever go away but it has been gone now for weeks, and I'm confident it will stay gone with monthly chiropractic care. Their prices are great, and I love how they have different plans for all your Family to get Chiropractic care. They are friendly, approachable, and after a few visits you feel like family.
I have been a patient for 8 years now and have always been pleased with the service and treatment at Precision. Dr's Terrlliault, and Benson are knowledgeable, kind and patient while there staff are also warm and welcoming. I have referred many people to them and will continue to do so.
If you can't handle the roughness of a bone cracker but you are not sure about the softer/gentler approach of the little "clicky" device, let me shead some light on this....
I have been under chiropractic care for many years for neck and lower back pain which caused terrible headaches and discomfort on a daily basis. PSC (and gentle care) has done for me in just a couple of months what other, rougher technical docs have not been able to achieve in a long time! I will say I was skeptical at first but no more. If you haven't yet been here, do your body a favor and go!

I Love coming in to get adjusted. The staff is amazing, caring, considerate with awesome people skills, customer service and quality care you need at a wonderful affordable cost even if someone is living paycheck to paycheck. Half the price as all chiropractors around yet 125% better care and compassion. Mrs. Dr. T is the only one I trust to mess with my bad back and neck. Which has improved over the course of the last 2 months so much so for the better. They also offer massages that are out of this world, (also very affordable) Very considerate and professional. My wife and I also bought some products they offer. I will never use another pillow again. Memory foam water pillows. Simply amazing.
I started going to PSC end of November. One of the reasons I began chiropractic care was because of my headaches/migraines. Now after a month and a half, my headaches are almost non-existent. I have seen many chiropractors since I was 14 years old due to scoliosis. I moved to Prescott in 2017 and needed to find a good chiropractor. I am extremely picky and know how my back and neck responds to different treatments. I first visited Precision Spinal Care with a skeptical attitude. I was not very friendly and had a lot of questions for Dr. Brian Benson. He didn't let my attitude deter him from being kind, funny, but yet very thorough and knowledgeable in his assessment. And he is the first chiropractor that I've been to that doesn't cause any pain in his adjustments, especially my neck! I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Benson's for over 2 years now and am extremely happy and well-adjusted!
I love this place and have been going for years! If you want a great massage make sure to ask for Kirsten! Dr Dedio has been doing my adjustments and is always able to help my aches and pains.

I was never a fan of Chiropractic from having to go, due to past accidents for many years. So when I tried Dr. Benson at Precision Spinal Care I was very unsure. It turned out his way of manipulation was just what I needed and I feel great with a restored faith in Chiropractic. Their office is beautiful and the staff couldn't be any friendlier! Love this place and highly recommend them to anyone suffering with pain.

I am very impressed with Precision Spinal Care. I was referred by a colleague of mine and decided to give them a try. From the very first time I walked in the office, the personnel were polite, smiling and professional. I filled out forms on my history and then saw Dr. Benson who asked questions, took ex-rays, and did a thorough examination. He set up an appointment for two days later after he read the ex-rays. I liked the fact that he wanted ex-rays first before doing any manipulation. I began feeling better after the 2nd appointment and I'm getting better each time I see Dr. Benson.
Super good place!! Helped my neck immensely, I had a rollover car accident in the past and they have been able to help it so that I don t have the occasional pains anymore. Now time to work on my back lol! The only reason they lack a star is because a couple of times I had to wait up to 30 minutes to be seen.. also not too happy they are increasing prices even though it s not too bad.
Very friendly staff! I was a new patient and needed to have a same day appointment as my neck and back were hurting pretty bad. They fit me in right away.

Regular adjustments and massage is key to keeping me ready to go walking, boating, dancing, singing, quilting and caring for my family and home.
I see Dr. Therriault and she s fantastic! Precision works so well with my crazy schedule and it s always fast and painless. I suffer from migraines and since I started seeing her about two years ago, my headaches are minimal.
I decided to come here after having lower back pain. The waiting room is nicely decorated, the receptionists always welcome you and are very tentative. Sam Croft is my chiropractor and he s great at his job! I can t relax enough to adjust my neck and never have been able to but he had a resolution and was able to relieve a lot of tension from my neck! The service provided for the cost can t be beat. They are super flexible on scheduling and normally you get checked in on time with appointments.

Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. I ve been seeing Dr. Therriault for 13 years now. She has helped my husband and I a lot. I have some neck issues, herniated disk, plantar fasciitis, and pronator syndrome. Dr. T adjusts me to help all of it. She is a life saver! One time I saw Dr. Benson because she was out sick. He is a good chiropractor too. And a few times I have seen Dr. Croft when Dr. T and Dr. B have been on vacation. Dr. Croft s technique is my favorite. He does this neck traction thing that gives my neck much relief. Each Doctor has their own style and techniques that they prefer. I guarantee if you see either of these doctors, you will feel so much better.
After receiving no prior notification, a threatening (collection) statement which was received for $5.97. I contacted my insurance company to ascertain what the problem might be and they investigated the situation. In doing so they repeatedly attempted to contact this business with no result. Another telephone call to the insurance company ascertained that they had indeed been paid by the insurance and were just another company which uses collection as a threat without ascertaining the actual information needed.
Needless to say that I will not go back. The treatments were of no use, and I cannot recommend their business.
Great family friendly environment, wonderful staff, works with insurances and reasonable cash payment prices. Super cheap (we paid $17 each) initial appointment for xrays and spinal scan to ensure they know what's going on and massage therapists on staff who are AMAZING. Best place in town, we drive 45 minutes to go there and it's so worth it.
I have been going to Precision Spinal Care for 3 year's. I always trust Brian and he has helped me tremendously with my back and spine issues. Great staff and very reasonable prices for those of us whom have no medical coverage.

Outstanding facility and staff at Percision Spinal. I have gone to physical therapy before and didn t feel progress was being made or that my money was being well spent. At Prescion I received X-rays and readings which allows for the most effective treatment for each persons unqiue needs. You are in and out in a flash and they have great hours making it simple and quick to get the care you need. I m still on the road to recovering from a great deal of back pain but take comfort knowing I am in good hands and receiving great care. My chiropractor is not only knowledgeable, but takes the time to educate me about the problem, what she is doing, and extra things I can be doing to feel better. Thank you Percision Spinal!
I started going to Precision Spinal Care after telling my midwife that I was having horrible back pain about half way through my pregnancy, she suggested seeing a chiropractor. I heard that Dr. Therriault was able to work on me during my pregnancy and figured it wouldn't hurt to try - that decision was the best one I could have made! She did an amazing job on me and I started looking forward to visiting her! I could only visit about once a month but I would have seen her once a week if I had the chance. If you are pregnant and in pain go to Dr. Therriault!! She's also really friendly and sweet!
I had pain in my left foot & leg as well as pain in my right hip. A friend recommended Precision Spinal Care. They were able to start taking me the same day I called in as a new patient. I have seen Dr DeDideo for approx a month and am feeling ever so much better. Not only can I walk some distance again, but I am sleeping better. Thank you so very much.
I've avoided going to the doctor for my back pain for over 10 years because of one horrible Chiropractic experience. Finally my pain got so bad I decided to go into precision. I'm glad I did they are professionals and really know what they're doing. The other chiropractor I had gone to took me in and tried to do the alignment right away. He was in a hurry and kind of rough and ended up hurting me. I never had X-rays at that office which Precision Spinal Care did before they did the alignment. Dr. Therriault is awesome she is gentle and took time to explain where my problem was.
Five stars aren't enough. Precision Spinal Care is a first-rate chiropractic office with a friendly professional staff and clean, comfortable facilities. I have been to others yet felt 'right at home' here. Dr Croft and Candy, LMT are quite kind, personable and, well, precise in their ministrations. A rather horrific rollover left me with chronic back pain which has been alleviated with their care. I am now able to do things I'd enjoyed prior to the accident - walking, swimming as well as things I didn't particularly like to do - housework. Suffice it to say, consider getting evaluated; you likely have a problem that can be helped with chiropractic care. I cannot imagine a better place to seek that care.
