Great friendly staff. Doctors are very professional and take time to get to know their patient's.

The Drs and staff are very professional, caring , friendly. You are not kept waiting for long periods after your appointment time. They know the importance of your time and strive to get you in and out without rushing or making you feel rushed. They take the time to make sure you are getting the best care possible. The also make it easy and affordable for anyone whose insurance does not cover chiropractic care.

I drive 30- 45 minutes to great here. The staff is so welcoming. Affordable.

About 3 weeks ago I was in extreme pain and I decided that I needed help. I had not been to a chiropractor in about 20 years. I decided to try Precision Spinal Care and I am so glad I did. The day I called I had an appointment that day. I was very impressed with the functionality of the office and the professionalism of the entire staff. I had xrays that day for an unbelievable price of $17.00 and also a massage that was fantastic. On my next appointment I met with Dr. Therriault to go over her findings, which she explained in great detail and then my first adjustment. She is wonderful. I have also had an adjustment with Dr Benson who is equally great. I can not express enough, my thanks to them for helping with my pain and making my life better again. Make that call now you will be so glad you did.

Dr. B is phenomenal. I have migraines and with the lightest of pressure he is able to reduce and most of the time eliminate them without turning me into a pretzel. Along with the most wonderful masseuses that talk to you about what areas are of importance to work on each time.

I have been in a great deal of pain this past year but I am finding relief and a new sense of health and well being through this clinic. I highly recommend them if you carry any type of pain in your body.

I have known Dr. Benson for the last 10 years. I have had to have chiropractic care for 40 years due to fibromyalgia and other medical conditions.
I am 69 now and Dr. Benson is the very best chiropractor I have ever had in my life.

I am not sure why I chose Precision Spinal Care in particular, but I am so pleased with my decision. I had finally decided to quit all medications for my nerve pain and arthritis and just focus on fixing my problem rather than masking it. I entered into the Chiropractic world hoping it would make a difference and Wow, has it ever! I met with Dr. Croft who listened patiently to all that I had to say about myself and then I listened to him. I learned quite a bit about my spine and neck that day and immediately started an adjustment program with Dr. Croft. Now I look forward to my visits as the adjustments are not only helping relieve my back & neck pain, but my shoulder pain from degeneration has quit aching altogether, which was a daily constant ache. That is a plus that I did not expect.
Dr. Croft is so nice, kind, caring, gentle, and good at what he does and I never feel rushed, as it can get busy there. The staff is awesome! They are very flexible with you when scheduling or any changes needed, and The prices are reasonable as well.
Having a massage before or after your adjustment is amazing. I have had three different masseurs' and each one was truly up to my expectations! I just really like the whole atmosphere of Precision Spinal. Very comfortable, clean and friendly...the location is in a nice area as well! I would definitely give them a try if your in need of professional Chiropractors and/or a Massage.

In 2019, I was having a lot of constant pain in my lower back. My airplane mechanic and neighbor recommended I see Dr. Brian Benson, D.C.
Through my Medicare Insurance I was able to see him for about 12 weeks several times a week. After the insurance coverage ended I was able to sign up for a once a week tune up appointment that is very reasonable. Since I am 72 years old I have several past injuries that haunt me. Presently my back is much better and the regular visits have helped with my neck, leg, and shoulder issues. Dr Benson is caring and a great listener. He seems to really enjoy helping his patients.

When I searched for a Chiropractor here in Prescott, I was delighted to find Dr. Brian Benson at Precision Spinal Care. Not only was I impressed with his substantial background in the field (both teaching and practicing), but also I appreciated the fact he has had additional training in a special gentle, yet effective, technique in working with the neck called NUCCA. This is a lovely, professional office staffed with competent, warm, and caring people. Dr. Benson is tops!

I want to give a shout out to Precision Spinal! They are the go to place if this is what you're looking for. They are not practicing the stereotypical Chiropractic techniques. They offer very reasonable terms, as well as an annual membership in PCD, which allows you the same reasonable rates if you travel out of the area and see another PCD practitioner. Their Chiropractic techniques and manipulations are not the bone crunching types that you might have experienced in the past. Beside great techniques and Dr. Therriault's great tableside manner, the thing that sets them apart is the inclusion of a massage program, which can help you work out a lot of the muscle tension prior to your adjustment. You do not need to be a member of their network to take advantage of the massage program, which are covered by some insurances. My personal favorite massage therapist is Kyrstin. I have a slight advantage over most people because my mother was a massage therapist and a very good one at that! Hence, I have high standards and expectations when it comes to a therapist's techniques. The very 1st time Kyrstin laid hands on me I could tell immediately that she had what we in the inner circle refer to as healing hands. She immediately found all my trigger points and I even asked her if she had any modern dance experience because she quickly fell into a flow with the soothing music that was playing in the background and applied her techniques. She admitted she had been a dancer, but didn't realize that she was so rhythmic in her technique. Lol. She is not the only massage therapist there, but I commented because she and I just clicked; her skills meet my needs. Everybody is different and you might like a stronger massage or a lighter massage. To each his own. Tell them so when you book your appointment. The point is the Precision Spinal has been more than sufficient to meet my needs and I have referred at least 6 people. I get nothing for posting this review. I am just a straight shooter who wants other people in need of relief to know about their invaluable services.

The staff is so wonderful and welcoming! My boyfriend has been going here for several months and they have helped him dramatically between the chiropractic care and massages. Dr. Joanne Therriault at Presision Spinal Care in Prescott, AZ is the most caring doctor. She will talk to you and explain what she will do for your health problem. She is very patient and understands the need for her patients to feel better and improve their lives.

At this facility the office has a staff of massage therapists, which is great. Try a massage one time, and you will keep coming back.

I cannot rave enough... Never have I EVER felt so trusting in the hands of a chiropractor as with Dr T. And the most important thing to me is that I finally can move again. I went into the office when I was 8 months pregnant. My back and hips hurt so bad. I was miserable! The awesome staff put my hips and lower back back in place and I walked out without an ounce of pain. I now go in every other week. You cannot beat their prices, their work, and their amazing staff. I began seeing Dr. Therriault about 8 months ago and I have had such amazing improvement without medication! I originally chose this clinic because everything I needed to know was laid out up front on their website. Cost is reasonable (I'm a cash pay patient). The initial exam including x-rays, and the explanations of what would be the course of treatment and what I could expect in terms of results was very helpful. The front desk team is super friendly and they've always managed to squeeze me in at last minute when needed. I highly recommend!

Worst place ever. Signed it at front desk, waited 35 minutes to be called to desk, never happened. Girls way too busy with established clients coming in doors. Left office then they called and wanted to know if I missed my appt. Yeah right!
