My husband had microdiscectomy on his L4-L5 spinal disc. In layman's terms, he had outpatient surgery on his lower back. Two months after his surgery, this company filed a claim for a leg/knee compression device.... Yes they are attempting to bill both us and our insurance for a KNEE brace when he had back surgery. He received absolutely no medical device from this company.... their letter references different addresses and reading other reviews, they have done this to others. I will be reporting this to BBB, Attorney General and have alerted my insurance company because the fact is, Precision Medical Company is trying to scam us for almost $1,000.

My father had both his hips replaced and precision delivered their unit that provided cold therapy and calf compression. He raved about how it helped with the pain and swelling since he didn't like taking his pain meds. He is a big walker in the neighborhood and he was able to get out there within 8 days after surgery, against my advice :). Also the rep was super helpful when we had questions about using the device and returning it back. Great experience all around for him and us who were taking care of him. Thanks!

O Ryan Stewart was the person to help me with my brace and showed me how to put it on and was very helpful and knowledgeable he answered all my questions .. he brought the leg brace directly to me and explained everything about it and how to use it. Very polite. My experience was very good. I love the brace it is comfortable . O Ryan is a great representative.

Update 6/14/2016:
I was contacted by the company after writing this review. Once I got ahold of a human there, everything was great. Apparently this was a weird circumstance of the insurance company sending me a check which was in fact money owed to Precision Medical for a piece of equipment used during knee surgery.

The person on the phone explained it all to me, told me who to talk to at Blue Shield, and then followed up with me once I got the check.

Got a very weird bill/letter from them. They claim that the insurance company gave me money that should have been theirs. The bill claims that I bought (or used?) a Pneumatic Half Leg device.

Tried calling the phone number on the bill. Goes to a voice menu system that doesn't ever return a result. Tried operator. No answer. Tried calling their main number listed on website, weird voice mail.

I had major cervical spine surgery. O'Ryan Stewart was extremely polite, helpful in answering questions, fully explained the equipment, and was extremely quick at calling me back when I needed further information. My products were delivered very quickly, all communication with the company was quick & efficient. Thank you so much for everything, you made a stressful time easier on me.

This company says the doctor ordered equipment for my husband after knee surgery. We didn't hardly use any of it. They charged my insurance company over $5,000.00. Then dropped the bill down to about what the insurance paid. I'm trying to pay them through my bank so I have a record of the payment. And my bank can't verify there address. Tried to find them on Google map but the building has no name on it and it looks like it's in with a pharmacy. DON'T TRUST THEM!
