The company's website, precisionairhc.com, was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. On the downside, communication could have been better as I had to follow up multiple times for updates. Although the service was satisfactory, it didn't leave a lasting impression. In my opinion, there is room for improvement in terms of pricing and communication. Considering the average experience I had, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
