Precision Air was used 9 months ago to install a new inside unit. It came with a 5 year warranty and a 1 year maintenance warranty. I called them out yesterday, the drain was backed up, they charged me 152.00 to flush it with my cup, my water but to flush it was not covered under warranty. You better make sure you shop around and get quotes before choosing Precision Air! I will not be referring their services.
Showed up @ 2:29 for a blower motor swap, 2:49 air is running and motor is replaced. Then the workers sat in the truck until 3:30 and said we owed $600+ for labor for the 20 minutes they were doing the work(the price of the motor itself was covered under warranty). Absolutely crazy price, a previous quote I received from an AC technician told me he would do the job for $150 if I had the motor. I call the office and the lady tells me she will settle for $300, then her husband talks to me and we go back and forth and tells me to pay $410. MAKE SURE TO GET A PRICE BEFORE THE WORK IS PERFORMED. I could have bought the motor myself and hired another AC technician cheaper than the labor only price from here.

We built a new house in 2019. Precision air took care of the entire installation. They were there for us for all of our questions. We had a lot! We have a maintenence contract as well. The technicians are well trained on their systems and very polite.
Pass right by in laws purchased a heating and air conditioning unit with in a week had to change out fan charged them for labor that was around 4years ago supposed to be 10 yr warranty they have been back at least 5 or 6 times to supposedly or should I say try and repair this piece of junk went out again to Day now mind you they are being charged several hundred dollars each time they come out to fix the problem when mother in law called today all the women would say is they don t sell them anymore and won t back they re products shame how they can treat elderly people so if you don t want to become their next victim I would suggest you drive right past them
