Yet another successful pontoon boat trip from Power-UP. We have rented here on numerous occasions, double decker boat on our prior trip, single deck on this trip, and always with the same great results. Cheerful and easy check-in process, excellent video safety briefing, straight forward "on boat" briefing, and we are quickly out on the water for the day. The end of the day process is also just as easy with helpful dock workers and a smooth transition back to our vehicle. Always an excellent experience with this company.

The building, life jackets and equipment (our ski had a broken mirror) could use some updating. I was a little worried at first because the place looked so run down. But the employees were very nice and helpful. It was a super convenient location, easy check-in, and had no trouble finding somewhere to park. Overall we had a great experience! We will book through you again if we make it back to the island!

Awesome experience!!!! The owner of the company all the way down to the guys helping us with the boat were top notch!!!!! This is definitely the company to go with. It could not have been better!!!!!

I wouldn t recommend anyone to go here. While I was taking the safety test, one of the ladies who worked there hovered over me the whole time to make sure I wasn t cheating. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They refused me of service for failing the safety test and did not want to refund me my money. This was not written in the policy. we arrived early and still had to waist time waiting for people to leave just to get a parking spot. There was no restrooms only a porta potty. I enjoyed my time in Fort Walton beach but will not be returning to power up watersports.

I rented a pontoon boat during Memorial Day weekend. Their website answered all my questions and reserving the boat online was very easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location under the Brooks Bridge is great for anyone west of Destin because you will avoid a lot of traffic.

We rented a wave runner ski and it was Everything we thought it would be. Check in and rental return were fast and simple. Clear instructions about the whole process, as long as you read them and abide you will have a great experience. Little bit of damage to the craft before we departed but they were aware of it and we didn t have any problems when we returned. Just a short ride to crab island!

My family and I rented a pontoon boat for the day and had such a fun time! We will definitely be going back! We spent the morning at crab island and then spent the rest of the exploring different little islands.

One thing that makes me give a five star review is when people go out of their way to help or be nice and thats exactly what happened when we went here... we used the boat launch to take our boat out of the water and the girls there were really nice and really helpful...
